Pros:

Leo and loi are amazing so helpful aranged my guide for my trip to machupichu .breakfast serverd very early and excellant choice .

Das Hotel hat uns sehr enttäuscht, es war vom Preis mit das höchste bisher und das hat nicht gepasst.

Das Zimmer war schön wie auf dem Foto

Cons:

Allerdings hat es sehr nach Schimmel gerochen und da es keine Lüftung gibt hatte man die Wahl zws dem Lärm mitten im Zentrum oder Luft. Es ist nachts sehr laut von Musik aus dem Zentrum und ab 4 Uhr hört man die Nachbarn sehr gut, Föhn , Stühle rücken. Alles nicht schön

A great hotel!
Pros:

Luis was amazing. He came to pick us up at the airport and gave us all the important information about the town. Location was amazing. Right next to Paddington Bear and across the river from Bus station for Machu Picchu. Breakfast was ready for us at 5AM in the morning. We were allowed to store luggage as well.

Fantastic location - Amazing service.
Pros:

Fantastic service - the front desk gentleman met us at the train station and helped us with bags all the way to the hotel. He took the time to take us up to the room and show us all the particulars. The bed was the BEST we had on the trip - we truly wished we had more than one night here! They were so accomodating with holding our luggage while we were on an early morning tour of Machu Picchu.

Cons:

Not a thing - we loved our stay.

Cama cómoda, habitación espaciosa, desayuno rico. Céntrico.

Cons:

El precio de la habitación está muy por encima de lo que realmente vale.
Nos dijeron que nos recibirían en la estación a la llegada y no se presentaron.
El lavabo estaba atascado.

A comfortable retreat with welcoming service and a perfect location.

A pleasant stay, good location and big bed with nice breakfast. The rest let it down sadly

Messages pre arrival constantly asking for arrival times and details.
Very loud, rooms hot, bath jets not clean, broken windows and rubble in ‘restaurant area’, awoken by staff as they had the wrong room

Nice hotel. Be careful with booking "mountain view" room
Pros:

Nice hotel in good location. Clean room and facilities, comfy big bed. In walking distance to shops and close to bus station and train station to maccu pichu. They let us leave our luggage while going maccu pichu and have showers afterwards. Very kind staff. The view from breakfast (which is delicious) on 7th floor was amazing.

Cons:

Unfortunately the view from our "deluxe mountain view" room was just onto a big metal roof, see attached pic. That was false advertising. Make sure you insist on floor 3 or better above when booking to get a mountain view.

Good place to stay in Aguas Calientes!
Pros:

Breakfast was great with excellent coffee, bed was comfortable, good location overlooking river and mountains, and close to the train and bus stations. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Cons:

We thought the layout was odd, in that, there was a door for the shower and toilet but the tub , sink and dressing area were out in the open space. Not a deal-breaker though.
