Uneven service
Pros:

Excellent and attentive service in the beginning and during most of our stay. However, by the end, the main host was not very responsive (although his brother was very kind and helpful).

Cons:

As stated above, great service initially and during most of our stay. However, we had no water on our last day of stay (so no washing, no shower, nor working toilet), and the host was not very responsive nor apologetic regarding the situation.

Great place to stay, relaxing. I would go there again
Pros:

I really loved this place. You had everything you need in the room. Fridge,microwave, towel, shampoo, showergel. Hot water in the shower. Waterbottles in the fridge for free.
Big room with lots of space, a window.
I felt very comfortable and satisfied with this place. The people working there are really friendly and respectful and we had a nice talk. I would stay here again and recommend everyone. The Furniture isn’t the newest anymore but I didn’t care. As long everything is clean. They even offered to wash my clothes for free. It wasn’t ironed afterwards, so it’s not a special service. But got a traveller like me I don’t need that, I just needed clean clothes and that’s what I got :) very happy with the service.

Cons:

A little bit difficult to find, walked past it 3 times. It’s the door next to the bubble/boba stand and the eyelash shop.

Not worth the price
Pros:

The staff was VERY nice, it makes me feel bad that I have to leave bad review. The staff was always smiling and allowed us to leave our bags there after check out.
The location is also great, close to the market.

Cons:

The AC was loud and not efficient. Also it started to leak in the middle of the night and we had to catch water in the bowls and trashcan.
The bedding was stained and had holes in it and the sink in the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned for ages, as you can see in the photo.
It’s not worth the money considering you can get much better accomodation with pool and clean room for just few bahts (100 baht/person) more.
