The hotel is opened 24 h and there is no limit of check-in time. Food delivery can have access to your room even at midnight. Staff are so friendly you think you live in your neighbourhood.

The young staff at this hotel are exceptional and check in was easy. The hotel has a spacious elevator which is great. There is free ice and a coffee making machine at the entrance; this is a blessed relief in Koreas humid summers.
The actual room is very spacious which feels really great. It doesn't have anywhere to store clothes just two hangers. I now understand this is a standard feature of a 'love hotel'. But what is good about these places is the sound proofing, only on venturing into the hallways are you met with embarressing noises. The aircon is okay as it was a standing unit. I personally find these less effective than the traditional overhead units as they don't seem to cool the room effectively.
The hotel is close to another building, so you don't get much light. Even on opening the window you can see other people very clearly, the lack of light can get tiresome.

The bathroom is wonderful with great water pressure. They have a marvelous electric bidet, in full working order. I had a room with a shower/bathtub.
There is possibly the biggest flatscreen TV I have seen...ever. I didn't get to use it but I'm sure it would of been a joy.
Suwon City has a wonderful amount of green spaces and places to eat, which I found truly enjoyable.

We didn’t have any expectations when deciding to stay here as it was a cheap last minute option. However, we will most likely stay again if in the area. First of, the staff was very helpful, friendly, and kind. So much that they ended up walking my husband to the laundromat away from the property.

The place was very clean and organized near the subway station along with other entertainment options. The staff was very nice and spoke English well.

Friendly staff and clean linen. Enjoyed walking Olympic park right by hotel in the early morning.

Smoke smell was all around above 3rd floor. I asked to change the room from 5th floor to 3rd where was less smell.
The staff was very kind.
If you can afford it, I recommend another hotel.
