جيد ولكن يحتاج الى نظر بخصوص بعض الطلبات للنزلاء

Pros:

The location of the hotel was good, very clean and very comfortable. The food was too focus on rice. more variety will help.

Very pleasant and the approach of Rasha made the whole stay more special. Keep up the good work.
Pros:

The staff was wonderful. Special thanks to Rasha from housekeeping on 9th floor. Exceptional on every level. Ahmed from the reception always smiling and ready to help and assist. I really recommend this hotel for all visitors & this is my 4th time at this hotel & definitely will not be the last.

Nothing. Everything was ok from start to end.
