The room booked was including breakfast , instead of working with expedia , the staff just wanted to grab money.

Expedia clearly sold the rooms with breakfast but thier support guaranteed a solution , even after checkout and unjustly paying for breakfast everyday , there is no solution except the customer both hotel and expedia are happy

There was an incedent regarding internet and no efforts at providing wifi alternatives

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Would not recommend this at all. The food was terrible, the rooms don’t look like they did in the pictures on the web.

They were renovating and we had timber fall from the ceiling which they did not apologise for when it hit us.

This hotel was just amazing. The room was super nice, the bathroom was very clean and breakfast was full of options! It locates close to a giant shopping center which opens until midnight and I didn’t feel unsafe to walk back to the hotel around 12am.
I think this hotel deserves higher scores of reviews!!!!
