Near to Dai temple. Room is clean and easy to get public transport.

Reliable and comfortable - Value for money!
Pros:

Very clean room with a comfortable bed, looks slightly dated but that's not an issue for us at all. Hotel is located at a good spot where it's easy enough to find food and access public transport. The only gripe is that the walls are thin and you can hear what goes on in the next room if they're loud, so may not be ideal if you need a lot of privacy / are a light sleeper.

For a single night's stay, this was good value-for-money!
