Pros:

We enjoyed our stay here - clean rooms (though shower was leaking), amazing breakfasts and spa zone, beautiful nature around the hotel. Receptionists are friendly and very helpful, other staff is ok.

Для Коврова отличный отель с мелкими недочетами.
Pros:

Отличный Отель с прекрасным СПА центром. Есть даже бассейн на улице. Прекрасные завтраки. Ресторан с очень завышенными ценами и очень средними блюдами на ужин. В номерах очень комфортно, но видно, что делали по российски и экономили. Отель вроде новый, а уже по мелочам заметен износ. У меня, например, в номере залипала и была разболтана кнопка слива в унитазе и дверь была похо закрывалась и имела следы несанкционированного открытия (номер106)

Прекрасное местоположение. Хороший спа-комплекс. Чистые и комфортные номера. Прекрасно подходит как для деловых поездок, так и для семейного отдыха.

Отличный отель в 15 км от центра Коврова
Pros:

Отель отличный, особенно если учесть что такого уровня отелей в Коврове не было. Уровень лучших мировых отелей. Очень комфортная кровать. Качественная сантехника и постельное белье. Спа центр с тёплым джакузи на улице. Испортили впечатление мелочи в работе обслуживающего персонала. После выезда пришло письмо, что бронь в этом отеле была отменена и проживания не было. Очень замудренная система с доступом на территорию комплекса: охранники тратят время на распечатку и затем сканирование бумажных пропусков, которые остаются у гостя, но эти пропуска одноразовые и по ним нельзя заехать ( зайти ) второй раз. Но гостю при выезде Нужно ждать пока охранник просканирует пропуск и вернёт ненужную бумажку. Расположение - далековато от центра города. Либо на машине, либо на такси (350 руб) В остальном - замечательный отель. Рекомендую!
