ベッドやテーブル、クローゼットなどの調度品がとても立派で素敵でした。カーテンやリネン類も清潔で好感が持てました。
スタッフの皆さんが親切でした。
キッチンがついた部屋を予約したのに、キッチン台だけあって、食器、カトラリー、調理器具、湯沸かし器などの機器などが何もなく、冷蔵庫しかありませんでした。忘れていたのか、言ったら慌てていくつか揃えてくれましたが、一つ一つ指摘するのも大変なので一部は不足したまま生活して不便でした。部屋やスタッフはとても良いので、もう少し力を入れると良いと思います。
あと、シャワーはお湯は出ず、ぬるい水が出ます。気温が高いので浴びることはできます。（他のホテルを知りませんがイキトスはこういうものなのでしょうか）

AC was GREAT. The staff were also really nice and helpful.
My wife and I got really sick and they brought us breakfast to our room. They also came in extra early one morning to make us breakfast because they knew we were going on a tour early.
Location is great too. All the mototaxis knew where it was and it was a fast ride to the center of the city.
The showers were only one temperature but it was perfect.
One morning the front door was locked and we couldn’t find anyone to open it and let us out for 30 mins.

The floors are tiles, so if the housekeeper moves the bed and drags it across the floor anywhere in the building it echoes really loud, and if you like to sleep in, it wakes you up
The owner and his staff is very nice and helpful.

El lugar es bonito limpio, tiene aire acondicionado, ventilador y su frío bar está serca al parque 28 de julio. Lo único es que se siente un poco a la humedad
El Jacuzzi no funciona (si lo reservan pensando en eso no lo hagan. Ruidoso, con música a las 5:30 de la mañana.
Cobraron más que el importe de la reserva de hoteles.com alegando tipo de cambio.
No hay ni champú, solo una pastilla de jabón. No hay secador de pelo aunque lo pidan
