Pros:

Loved our entire time here. So cosy and quiet. Staff were amazing and really looked after us. So comfortable despite the high temperatures. Gorgeous breakfast!

Peaceful place & Lovely Breakfast
Pros:

It's our 2nd time staying in this beautiful hotel. This time we booked a family room snd they gave us A lovely spacious room with a View. Was amazing. A big thank you to the staff at the Reception always so polite and friendly. Great customer service. Also the Lovely guy who served us breakfast was so pleasant & friendly.

Cons:

1 of the woman who took our order for dinner that evening was very loud and rude when we politely asked if we could order our main course a bit later as we eat very slow and she rudely answered that kitchen will be closing soon and also she kept eyeing us while we were eating which made us very uncomfortable.

Pros:

We loved every minute of our stay, the staff the food the surroundings the Lodge itself was exceptional they are fantastic with kids also. The staff are genuinely the nicest people we ever met especially Regina & Niall who went above and beyond for us to make our stay and special day the most memorable for us. We will forever be greatful to you both and all the team at the flagstaff. A promise to ourselves we will most definitely be returning each year for our anniversary. Thank you all again so much.
