Pros:

nice hotel, strong decoration, good bed, nice rooms, but the best is the front desk, very kind, and helpful girls. I was already two times and I think I will repeat for the next time.

Interesting, fun, and good value
Pros:

I stayed 2 nights for a business trip. The decor/style may be a little over the top for some, but it seems to fit the character of the hotel and it feels very new and bright, not faded and old.

The room was a good size, the bed was perfectly comfortable, and it was otherwise well furnished. The bathroom was also a good size, with a corner bath and shower. There was also a refrigerator/minibar, and complimentary water. My room did not have air conditioning which would be the only negative point, but the hotel listing seems to show it so perhaps it is present in some rooms but not others.

I enjoyed the breakfast, and service was also good. I was offered a coffee on arrival and check-in. Unfortunately, I speak very little Russian, and the staff seemed to speak only a little English - but we managed using Google Translate on our phones, and they were always very kind and helpful.

Unfortunately I can't say much about the local area, as my colleague & I took a taxi on both days to visit our business customer and we didn't spend any time in the area directly around the hotel. For this reason I didn't think it fair to mark 'local area' as excellent or poor, so chose to mark it as 'good' because it seemed in a good location at least for our purposes.
