The place and ambience are good.
Pros:

Location is good. No breakfast is served there. When we order, they get from outside and serve. At 7 AM also, they said the coffee/ tea will be served for a group of members as the boy has to get from outside. I happened to walk 400 meters to get tea & Breakfast at 8 AM.

Huge Rooms, Secured and Covered Car Parking, not so good of a location
Pros:

I liked the underground car park that is shut off at 12:00 AM for security, I liked the size of the rooms and the fabulous AC unit

Cons:

The location is near a traffic light so you won't be able to stop there for long periods of time. The night time Manager could improve his attitude.

need a lot of improvement. Owner being young should take it in a positive way and improve upon it.

Room is fine. One north india room service boy was good.

Cons:

on first day experienced a lot of cockroaches. Cleanliness of restaurant is very poor, including the staff. Unable to service coffee even at 6.30am. Scope for a lot of improvement. Bathroom tiles to be replaced. Room is fine. One north india room service boy was good. TV's don't work. we need to call reception to recharge etc.
