Pros:

loved the room and facilites and i also really liked the front of house staff - he couldnt have been more helpful

nothing really - ius supppose the price - quite expensive

The best location! Easy to walk to Newbury St (Fabulous shops and Eateries) Easy to walk to Public Gardens and the Waterfront and great access to the T and bus stops to
go further afield to Harvard etc. Access code for door entry is a great idea - no keys to lose!

Cons:

It would have been useful to have some washing up liquid and a tea towel in the kitchenette area. Carpet very worn in the hallway / stair area.

We had a great time in Boston and would recommend staying at this hotel.
Pros:

The location was great. The staff were very helpful. The room had good facilities, a comfortable bed and good shower.

Cons:

Unfortunately the walls are very thin, we could hear every word from next door, footsteps above us and doors slamming early in the morning in the corridor.

Pros:

Super convenient for dining out options and easy access to main sites, halfway between downtown and Cambridge.

Cons:

Carpet in room made my feet dirty. Hadn’t realised in advance our beds would not be made up, like a hotel. My bad.

Fantastic locatioon and the balcony/views were a fabulous place to relax with a morning coffee or sundowner...

Cons:

I'm always a little disappointed when higher end properties resort to paper plates, plastic cutlery and paper cups. Wifi was also extremely temperamental, dropping out or not appearing at all on a regular basis....

La atención de las personas es casi irrespetuosa, no hablan más que inglés, no están la mayor parte del día, solo se comunican por mail y de haber un inconveniente, no hay forma de localizarlos. A pesar de estar pago, para efectuar el checkin, debía hacerse una reserva adicional

Die Lage ist wunderbar zentral, aber auch ruhig. Ich habe es genossen!

Cons:

Als Europäerin fehlt es mir immer, wenn ich die Fenster nicht öffnen kann. Aber das ist ein sehr kleines persönliches Problem.

Posizione ottimale per visitare la città, ambiente calmo e tranquillo, camera non grandissima ma bella stile irlandese, letti molto comodi. bel giardino e bella sala relax/ristorazione dove poter mangiare.

la pulizia della camera non viene effettuata, devi andare tu a prendere gli asciugamani e buttare da qualche parte le immondizie
