Pros:

The beach view was amazing. The rooms were very disappointing especially for the rates we paid. After we checked out there were additional fees of $200 on top of the almost 900 for 2 days we stayed. We had to ask to change our booked room to 3 rooms with no discounts and even tipped the lady at the desk because we just wanted a room that didnt smell of mold. We did get a nice room eventually but still no room adjustments from the so called suites we downgraded from. The pools and hot tub were great.

Hotel is beautiful and very clean and up to date . Unfortunately, when we went to our room one bed was not made and we had to change rooms. The next room was ocean view but smaller and no extra seating. No extra accommodation given or discount for inconveniences.

Hotel was nice. Loved the themed memorabilia. Lots of great common areas to lounge in, inside and out. View of the ocean from balcony room was great. Enjoyed borrowing guitar and amp sent up to our home room. No charge. Fun vibe listening to live music at the sessions restaurant on site. Nice pool area and beach access. Front desk staff and restaurant staff that we encountered were all very friendly. Stayed on a quiet rainy couple of days so didn’t get to take in any outdoor entertainment. But really enjoyed our stay anyway.
