Pros:

浴室的牛奶浴跟spa讓人很驚喜，消除疲勞酸痛，最感謝老闆娘早餐跟晚餐都很豐盛給好給滿，我們真的吃的很飽，謝謝您

Cons:

我個人喜歡側睡高枕一夜好眠，但小孩跟先生都無法使用高枕，覺得偏硬不好睡，床與棉被比較熱

Pretty good. Staff were super helpful and made the stay enjoyable! Love the bath with nanoe tech!!!
Pros:

+ Helpful staff took time to try to explain a few things, kitchen/owner was very friendly
+ Comfortable room
+ Fun spa bath with nano tech
+ Plenty hot water (but they said they turn it off and on at certain times when I checked)
+ Clean floors and common areas
+ Water station on ground and level 2/3?
+ Open carpark and area outside building
+ I requested for their special breakfast, best homecooked breakfast I had in taiwan (so much variety but much suited for asian tastes) fresh produce so yummy!

Cons:

- A little pricey about $3200 NTD over peak season for what it was a newer hostel really
- Curtains were really dirty

員工訓練以及應變能力真的太差

地點還行

Cons:

房間比想像中小，床也太軟，翻個身就晃到不行；浴室有浴缸是不錯(當初也是有浴缸才想來住住看)，但地板超滑還沒有止滑墊，從浴缸出來直接滑倒整個痛到不行，雖有準備浴室拖鞋但一開始介紹也完全沒提到地板很滑需小心……
隔天一早廚師臨時生病所以沒有準備早餐，只是買了一般早餐店的漢堡跟吐司已經感覺很不好，還一早7點半就打房內電話把人吵醒說怕餐點冷掉請我們盡快去拿，這種員工訓練跟品質真的很糟糕，不會再來住了。

Very unique Taiwanese hospitality experience!
Pros:

It’s a great location near Xitou with good connection to Sun link sea. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. We got an upgrade to a VIP room and free dinner. Very are very greatly pleased and humbled by this experience! Thank you very much, Lao Ban!

距離溪頭森林遊樂區跟衫林溪很近，環境清幽
Pros:

渡假村門口就有滿開的櫻花樹可供觀賞，
牛奶浴很稀奇，床跟棉被很舒適，
早餐的量很足，高山蔬菜很好吃

Cons:

住宿位置真的太偏僻，
進去房間前，請記得先吃飽，
需要的東西先買好….，
早餐都是「冷」的，除了白粥是溫的之外…
