molto base ma funzionale
Pros:

la location ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative che erano comunque molto base - la stanza piccola ma funzionale cosi come il bagno.

Cons:

sicuramente da rivedere l'armadio che non era molto pratico (non ci stava il piumino e considerando l'abbigliamento per quei posti era un po un controsenso; nel bagno cosi piccolo la doccia con solo una tenda lasciava sempre un po troppa acqua in giro.
purtroppo il bar era chiuso e quindi anche per un caffè bisognava uscire. terrei questo servizio tutto l'anno.

Pros:

The location is perfect, the ocean is about 5 minutes by foot, attractions (eg. Hallgrímskirkja) are near and there are a lot of restaurants and stores nearby. The price is decently lower than most of hotels in Reykjavík.

Cons:

The balcony could be more accessible and there should be at least a fridge in the room.

La ubicación.

Cons:

La ducha era abierta con 1 cortina. El mismo suelo del baño es la ducha. Los colchones no los encontramos muy cómodos. Habitación sencilla. Había suciedad, en especial en la ducha (pelos de otras personas), y debajo de la cama bastante, como si no limpiasen esa zona.

Cons:

The beds in my room were completely ruined.
It would have been better to sleep on the floor. I have never experienced this before on any hotel .
I would want a refund.

Emplacement parfait pour cet hôtel assez impersonnel
Pros:

L’emplacement central sur le Laugavegur, permettant de parcourir le centre ville à pied, le parking public tout contre l’hôtel à un tarif très raisonnable ( pour l’Islande)
La propreté générale

Cons:

J’ai un peu de mal avec ces hôtels fantômes où il n’y a personne, un homme répond à l’interphone, mais on ne le rencontre jamais. Il y a une sorte de salon de thé au rez de chaussée dont les heures d’ouvertures ne permettent pas de prendre le petit déjeuner

It's okay for a one night stay. The biggest perk of the hotel is its location in the very centre of the city.
