Door missing off shower the windows in the room are so poor the noise from the road was like an open window poor mattress also

Pros:

Arrived at the hotel to to be informed by staff that our room was storm damaged and they are transferring to a hotel near by. We were not informed of this priour to our arrival and the hotel that we were transferred was to far away to meet needs.
