Belfast - you complete me!
Pros:

We were top floor, great view, quiet room, staff were great and immensely friendly just like Belfast as a whole.

Cons:

It was all good for us, we did not see anything we did not like and cant think of any additions.

Ok if you just need a bed for the night at the last minute - not for me given the lack of facilities.

The bedroom carpet was dirty - a large caked spot inside the door. No facilities on the ground floor around 10 - bar, restaurant. I thought this was unusual given it is located in the city.

Great location, worth the money, staff very friendly.
Pros:

Location is brilliant you are so close to everything. Breakfast was lovely lots of choice. The room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful, professional and really friendly.

Could not fault the staff and cleaners. Very helpful and rooms had everything we needed

Cons:

Disappointed with the “birthday package” not how it appears on photo! Small helium balloon, tiny box of chocolates and a banner put on the bed. Expected a bit of effort for £15 but that’s the only fault.
