Over priced for standard Hotel.
Pros:

Central location, easy access to city cafes and restaurants.

Cons:

Ok hotel, but as we paid approx 500 euro per night rates for a double bed with early checkin and no breakfast included i would say at that price range I have stayed in alot better. We also had to pay for carpark as we were unable to find the hotel recommended carpark which is located a short distance away but difficult to find if you are not familiar with belfast. We drove past entrance and got stuck in traffic before giving up and parking in a multistory carpark. Great hotel for 200 to 300 euro a night with breakfast but once you hit 400 to 500 euro a night very disappointing. I feel the price reflects summer time and concert price profiting but offers nothing extra to compensate.

I liked how clean and comfortable everything was. It's an excellent location as well. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.

The property cancelled my booking the day I was checking in. I have heard this is not the first time they have done it by locals taxi drivers. Shocking behaviour.

Cons:

shower (boiler) was so loud, you could hear it throug the whole hotel, if one turned it on. It was loud vibrations similar to a jackhammer...
In addition there was a broken light and the showerhead was moldy.

Pros:

Bar staff were great. There was two young girls working in the bar midday- I believe one of the girls were training and they were very efficient and lovely!
Also the reception staff!

Cons:

Awful breakfast for the price. 34£ for an adult and a 14 year old’s breakfast with very limited options. For that price you’d expect a lot more.

Stains on the bedsheets, floors, chairs. Dirty mirrors

Nice modern hotel, but a few teething problems
Pros:

Modern, clean
Nice selection for breakfast.

Cons:

Told wrong time for breakfast, so only got what was left on first morning.
Nowhere to hang clothes or shower towel in bathroom.
Spray from shower unit wet the floor, even with towel down.
Workmen working in hotel, was never told about this.
Mix up with bills on checkout.

Pros:

The staff were really helpful. Location was perfect, everything very accessible.

Cons:

We were in room 102 and experienced what I think sounded like generator noise. This happened early morning. In fairness I didn’t mention it until we had been there a couple of days thinking that it would stop. The reception staff did offer to move us when I spoke to them about it,but as we only had one more night we didn’t take them up on the offer. Everything else was really good.
