Pros:

좋은 숙박이였습니다. 체크인을 다른곳에서 하는것이 불편했지만 체크인당시 데스크직원은 너무 친절하고 여행객을 도와주려는 마음이 느껴졌습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 침구류도 가볍고 좋았습니다. 화장실깨끗하고 넓은것이 좋았습니다. 체크인하는 장소가 호텔과 다르고 또 그 위치를 예약할때 알려주는것이 짜증을 안나게 하는 좋은 방법일것

I’d avoid this property. I booked for my 60th birthday and was so disappointed we moved to a sister hotel along the road. There are NO staff at check-in. You have to drive along the road. When you meet the staff they are lovely. Also our room was very dark. And the staff in Ali Baba cafe were rude. It is a terrible choice in summer. Perhaps in winter it would be better. In the end I had a wonderful 60th cycling in the Alps in glorious sunshine so it turned out ok in the end.

There was no reception so we paid hotel prices for what was effectively an apartment (without a discount). the town did not have much in the way of restaurants.
The hotel property itself was very high quality
the food in the restaurant (especially the fondue) was substandard

I had to shorten my stay from 6 nights to 3, asked reception personnel to credit my 2 nights, and my request was refused. It was unkind and unreasonable, thus I do not recommend this hotel, as they don't care about their guest, just their money :(

افضل فندق ممكن تسكن فيه في كابرون خاصة للعرب الغرفه موفرين تقريبا فيها كل شي من ادوات طبخ وغسالة صحون للي بيطبخ ويوجد فيه شطاف والغرفه نظيفه واطلاله وقريب من كل المطاعم على شارع ممتاز صراحه كل شي في الفندق روعه السلبيه الوحيده صراحه انه كان في مطعم تحت الفندق واصوات الناس كنت عاليه بس اليوم الثاني كان هدوء ولايوجد تكييف بس الجو كان بارد ممكن في الصيف بتكون مشكله
