Spring ski trip in Kaprun with disappointing service
Pros:

Since my ski holiday was during the spring season and the hotel wasn't full, I got a better room for the same price. Unfortunately the room wasn't perfectly clean, the sink in the bathroom was messy and the drain was clogged with hair. The room size and the bathtub are decent. Otherwise, I like the lodge's location in the town's center with a ski bus stop and shops nearby, and the hotel's simple spa with sauna as well.

Cons:

The reception staff wasn't informative enough during check-in and there was a problem with the staff at the hotel's restaurant. Although the restaurant works until 11pm and warm cakes served until 10pm are advertised on posters around the hotel, when I came to the restaurant around 9.30pm the staff member working at the restaurant's bar told me the kitchen is closed and that they can only serve me a garlic soup to go, after he allegedly consulted the kitchen staff. I declined after which he advised the kebab shop around the corner. He was unpleasant so I called the reception to share the events and seek information on the kitchen's working hours. The reception said to report to the manager and call me the next day, but I didn't receive their return phone call. One of the staff members later wrote in a WhatsApp message that the hotel restaurant with the kitchen is rented and outsourced.

Cons:

Trošku obtížnější zavírání balkónových dveří, chtělo by to seřídit. Při používání vířivky u sousedů nad námi (na balkonku) nám kapala voda na balkon kde jsme seděli.

We loved our stay in the pe thouse appart with the view from living room and terrace amazing.
Pros:

Location, view, nice layout and spacious rooms, loved the fireplace, sauna and tube on the balcony

Cons:

Details like damaged furniture, not closing doors, bad matress on double bed.

Cons:

Die meisten Mitarbeitenden sprechen weder Deutsch noch Englisch. Beim Frühstück hat mir dann der "Resaurantchef" sehr unfreundlich erklärt dass er mit 13 Jahren Gastronieerfahrung noch nie etwas von Ham and Eggs gehört hat.
