Pros:

地點方便 停車方便 價格還算合理

Cons:

樓梯梯間非常暗，房間煙味蠻重，沒電梯對於老人及行動不方便的人來說非常不便，門口有無障礙設施的斜坡，但是房子裡面整棟都沒有無障礙設施，雙腿不能走的人只能靠背上樓，背就算了梯間燈暗的不行真的要非常非常小心。
