Was okay but wouldn’t recommend.
Cons:

We stayed for 2 nights and the staff told us they won’t clean the room during that time.
A lot of rooms cramped closely together so it was noisy and I could hear everyone.
Hair dryer didn’t work.

Amazing location; acceptable rooms
Pros:

The location of this hotel is definitely its biggest strength. Right in the middle between Hallstatt and Gosausee, and right in the middle of the beautiful Gosau across from the Dachstein glacier. Highly recommend a room with a view. Their breakfast is wonderful, and staff is very welcoming. Thank you to Nora for the warm welcome and check in.

Cons:

The beds and pillows were a little uncomfortable. There is no air conditioner, which was a problem for us because they placed us right on top of an area where everyone was smoking so we couldn’t even open the door. Then they wouldn’t accommodate us into a different room, and wouldn’t let me cancel my second night.

Pros:

Дуже чудовий готель, у дивовижному місті, номер був новий та дуже чистий, сніданок був дуже смачним, бар, ресторан все на найвищому рівні, дякуємо персоналу за чудову працю!

Great value for its price. Woul nor recommend half board since food is quite "industrial"
