Pros:

krásné wellness,
výborné večeře a snídaně

Cons:

absence místa, kde sušit oblečení po lyžování na pokoji.
Obsluha u večeře se na objednání pití přišla zeptat pouze 1x za večer, takže v průběhu večera si něco od stolu přiobjednat bylo téměř nemožné. Poslední den pobytu se změnil číšník a vše fungovalo jak má.

Radi se sem vratime, vse perfektni.
Pros:

Krasne misto, utulny hotel, vyborne vecere a snidane.

Cons:

Nemeli jsme na pokoji topeni (v pokoji ale bylo teplo). Kazdopadne nam svitilo slunce, tak jsme susili veci po lyzovani na balkone, ale jak to resit v zime… nevim.

Frühstück war in Ordnung, leider gab nur einmal (Montags) Eierspeise am Buffet. Barbetrieb Top.Handtuch Tausch auf Wunsch sofort erledigt.

Cons:

Leider sind die Matratzen zu weich. Am Abreisetag war es nicht möglich vor 7:00 in den Ski-Stall zu kommen. Dieser ist versperrt sowie auch viele andere Räume in diesem Haus. Die Hinweistafel ist auf der Rückseite der Tür angebracht. Auf eines wichtigen Termin (Begräbnis) wollten wir früher abreisen. Mit Mühe konnten wir unser Ziel noch erreichen. Sehr ärgerlich das weder ein Anruf auf der Notfall Tel.Nr. Noch klopfen an der Tür, die Rezeption war besetzt, reagiert wurde.
