saya sudah booking dari sebulan sebelumnya tapi ketika datang untuk cek in ternyata tidak ada kamar dan saya harus menunggu sekitar 2 jam, ini sangat menyebalkan ! ☹

The staff were very unfriendly, but there was one who always wore a hat and was very nice. The others were less friendly. Then, while I was resting, a man asked if the toilet was available, banging on the door very loudly. I was having a party there, and the room was quite messy, so a cleaner asked me to help clean it up. Didn't I pay for the accommodation? And wasn't he also paid for his work?
