Pros:

Everything, a place that will stay in our memories

Cons:

The experience was amazing, the location, the views, the room. However, we had a bad moment during check-out. We requested a late check-out but were not informed about the extra charge it would involve. At the end of our stay, an employee with orange hair spoke to my girlfriend and me in a way I have never experienced anywhere in customer service. She eventually apologized and we were not charged, but there is no excuse for the way she spoke to us or for the inappropriate language she used, especially after we had paid over €300 for two nights, it was completely out of line

Flott hotell, god beliggenhet, god mat og super service minded personale
Pros:

Meget god frokost. Personalet var topp. Vil spesielt berømme 3 personer av personalet. Maria, Misi og Silvester som gjorde masse ekstra for oss.
Flott rom og god mat.

Goed, maar kleine kamers en geen gezellige zitruimte. Vriendelijk personeel en erg schoon.
Pros:

zeer vriendelijk personeel, het ontbijt was uitgebreid. Het avondeten was niet super ,maar ook niet slecht. We hebben 3 van de 6 dagen ergens anders gegeten. Ik zou dit er niet weer bijboeken.

Cons:

Er was nergens een ruimte waar je even gezellig kon zitten. Niet op je kamer, je moest op bed zitten er waren geen stoelen of zitjes. Dat was niet fijn. In de hal of beneden in de lounge kon je ook niet echt zitten om bijv gezellig wat te drinken en-of te lezen, spelletje te doen. Er was ruimte genoeg. Wij vonden dit erg jammer. Voor ons een reden om dit hotel niet nog een keer te boeken.

Das man direkt mit dem ski bus ins skigebieten konnten oder auf den bahnhof um nach kitzbühl zu gehen

Das die Nachbarn die Zimmertür immer so stark zuschlagten, dass wir fast aus dem Bett fielen.“
