good location for a stop over
Pros:

Excellent customer service. We arrived late after check in had closed , however, they had left our room key at the entrance and we were able to use the room, completing check in the following day.
Good continental breakfast
Ample parking, were offered the use of the garage to store our motorbikes

Sehr gute möglichkeit die ebikes in einem sicheren raum einzustellen und zu laden. Unkomplizierter umgang gäste und personal.
Es liegt ausserhalb des dorfes, vom balkon aus schöner weitblick.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit Wermutstropfen
Cons:

Das Rauchverbot wurde leider vom Personal nicht durchgesetzt. Schade, da man mit dem Hotelkonzept Outdoor sportlich begeisterte Menschen als Zielgruppe ansprechen will.

Pros:

Líbil se nám přístup personálu, velmi vstřícný a ochotný. Kousek od hotelu centrum městečka, zároveň kousek k lanovce a do hor.

Cons:

U hotelu není hřiště, kde by si mohly děti něco zahrát. Zároveň jsme čekali pestřejší snídaně. Občasný zápach toalet v hotelu.
