Pros:

スタッフが窓口にいなかったため、ベルを鳴らしても、しばらくホテルの前で待ちぼうけしていました。
Wifiは特に使い勝手が悪く、必要な時に必要なことができませんでした。
また他の多くの施設にも言えることですが、観光地であれば最低限の英語を身に付けているスタッフを置いておくべきかと思います。

Hotel a 2 cuadras de la estación del tren.
Pros:

Buen hotel, con vista hacia el rio y cerca de todo. El personal super amable y dispuestos a ayudarte. Te dan información sobre cómo llegar a distintos lugares. Recomendado.

Fair for what we paid
Pros:

If we think of the price, it was really good for what we paid. But there’s no tv, no ring bell, and obly basic stuff in the room. At least, it was cheap, close to the train station and it has cold water, no heater, but it was ok.
