Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18% .To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

The hotel has an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from Arequipa’s main square and right next to the Santa Catalina Monastery, yet it is very quiet and peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was spacious with a strong shower and consistently hot water. The Wi-Fi worked very well. The breakfast was a bit simple (we had scrambled eggs and fruit), but it was fine. After check-out, we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel. We also had a beautiful view from our room over the monastery’s garden and the surrounding mountains. Overall, a very good place to stay for a few days in Arequipa.

No llegaba el wifi , y las camas tienen un cobertor blanco. Al recostarme me di cuenta que habían un par de pelos. Eso no es agradable, más cuidado al lavarlos.
