Tout est parfait dans cet hotel, je le recommande fortement pour un séjour dans le Serengeti
The best of the best glory was lovely
Nothing
Excellent stay. Mosses and the entire Melia Serengeti staff were nice, friendly, accommodating and warm. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt like home during our stay. Would recommend staying here. :)

TUTTO
Amazing property in the middle of the Serengeti combining luxury with nature. I was so impressed with the service here! While the property brings comfort and a luxury after a long day of safari game drives, the service is truly the standout!
Nice with African style with nice access to safari
Food need to be developed a little bit
It’s just an amazing place with a great location. We received the full attention of the friendly and highly skilled staff—from the excellent bar service to the extraordinary food.
In particular, I want to say a special thanks to David Larius, the Front Office Manager. He was incredibly helpful in arranging our flight, which we had booked on short notice.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, topped off with an amazing game drive we will never forget.
Very unique, beautiful and scenically located property. The food was gourmet!
great food! great services! great personnel!
Wonderful hotel, with breathtaking views. Service is exceptional. Highly appreciated was the welcoming by hotel director Rocio, who made our stay even more unique and special with personalised attention: a true blessing.
Superb facility in a wonderful area. Perfectly organized pick up, game drives (John was incredible in spotting all animals, even leopards and chitas). Staff is highly proactive and perfectly managed by Rocio who gives a special touch to this brilliant hotel
Maybe some additional kid friendly standard plates. Menu is very high cuisine and extraordinary for the remote area and related logistics which are managed brilliantly
The best experience ever. We have been delighted to stay at Melia Serengeti Lodge in a wonderful Suite which offers a stunning view of the Serengeti National Park and its flourishing wild. The establishment is obviously amazing, but it’s more than just being in the most amazing place of Serengeti. The staff is like a family which take care of you from your arrival, David L. and Fernando M. the managers provided such attention to us, we have no word strong enough to say how much we have been pleased to share those moments. The Senegalese Chef, Majid, Chacha, Dyckson, the Masai warriors, we will remember and keep beloved souvenirs of them.
Temperature controlled rooms. Beautiful relaxing view. Good polite staff, although sometimes it felt like they never got the order right, the first time. Nice clean premises.
Too far from central Serengeti and any animal activity . Food was bad. Need to change your chef. Everything tasted like Swahili flavor. Even the pasta. No cohesive menu. They served sushi and tandoori chicken in the same plate. It was a disaster. Extra for laundry was not appreciated given that everywhere else laundry was included in the night price.
Overall, Melia Serengeti was a delightful lodge and our stay was nearly perfect.
Sadly they were doing controlled fires in the surrounding area meaning that there was heavy smell of smoke and burning which affected air quality significantly.
If it weren’t for this the place would be perfect.
Very nice experience. Staff are very helpful and professional, the pool is amazing and food was good too
beautiful place even better staff and service
nothing comes to mind
