Pros:

Milý personál, bohaté snídaně, wellness a venkovní vířivka na střeše hotelu s krásným výhledem. Všechny tři generace - moje žena, 9-letý syn i babička - velká spokojenost. ;)

Hezké čisté apartmány. Moc milá a usměvavá recepční

Cons:

Nepříjemný personál v restauraci. Slečna neodpoví na pozdrav, v 10.00 když byl konec snídaní, tak nás celkem nevlídně slečna odkázala na odchod, kde jsme si nemohli ani alespoň dopít čaj.
U večeře mi spletli objednávku a donesli jiné jídlo než jsem měla objednané, nevadí stane se, jídlo jsem si tak nechala, nechtěla jsem personálu přidělávat práci, při platbě žádná omluva, platba v plné výši za něco co jsem si neobjednala.
Restauraci v této cenové kategorii by si zasloužila už trošku refresh. Působí to jako laciné bistro.

Bohužel tohle nám trošku zkazilo celkový dojem.
Jinak hotel hezký, čistý, moc příjemný personál na recepci a wellnes.

Auschecken bis um 10:00, ansonsten muss man nachzahlen.😫
Dann möchte man den Wellness Bereich nutzen, der bis 16:30 kostenlos ist. Dann wird man weg geschickt weil er zu voll ist.
