Krásné prostorné pokoje, čistota, velká manželská postel, moc pěkné zařízení, personál v restauraci a na recepci velmi příjemný. Určitě bych přijela znovu.

Cons:

Paní Adéla na recepci ve wellness byla velmi nepříjemná, odsekávala a předpokládala, že všichni jsme již u vás byli stokrát a že víme, jak to u vás chodí. Do wellness bych už nešla ani zadarmo.

Sumasumarum vybavení OK, chování obsluhy zlepšit (krom recepce, tam byli opravdu příjemní - ty odměnit) :)
Pros:

Prostorné pokoje, vše čisté, smart TV, relativně dobré postele (na mě až moc měkké, ale 1000 lidí, 1000 chutí), opravdu příjemná recepční i paní uklízečky :) menší výběr jídel v restauraci, ale poměrně chutné - steak medium rare sice neudělali, ale nabízeli mi, zda chci udělat nový, odmítl jsem, to zvíře kvůli tomu umřelo.

Cons:

V pokojích byla zima - ovládání +3 stupně extra nefungovalo; na pokojích nebyly ani župany, ani pantofle - jedná se o wellness hotel.. což bylo zvláštní. Škoda že chyběl kávovar. Co se nám opravdu nelíbilo bylo jednání a chování na recepci wellnessu - a nebyli jsme sami. Teď spíše detail, ale pokud dorazim do restaurace ve 20:30, nemusí mi obsluha přímo u stolu připravovat stoly na snídaně - evokuje to ve mě signál “táhni už pryč”. A hned při příchodu volat do restaurace s nasran*m hlasem - ještě dva. :/ upřímně, být to jinde, odešel bych.
