More of a medical spa with hidden costs

Cons:

Hidden costs. You had to pay extra for the spa. It said in the description that there is an indoor pool but it didn't say that it costs extra money. Was not so cheap either. One hour was 7,50€ that needed to be reserved for a certain hour.. The photos showed a jacuzzi too. That was even more expansive for 15min it is like almost 20€ according to their website, do not remember the price at the reception. It is in a different building than the swimming pool too and also needs to be reserved. We drove like an extra hour on our route to get to that hotel and it was actually because of the advertised facilities and price. We wouldn't have selected it if we had known that all adds up to The Ambiente was a bit more medical than a leisure hotel. Maybe that would be good to be indicated too.

Bädermilieu im tschechischen Stil
Pros:

Es ist ein Ort mit Kurathmospäre, man fühlt sich ein wenig in alte Zeiten zurückversetzt. Das Frühstück ist gut und ausreichend (Büffetstil).

Hotel Panorama, je na malém kopečku, k němu patří 2 parkoviště za příplatek 140 Kč na den. Poblíž se nachází i parkoviště zdarma. Výhled jsme měly na kolonádu, která se bohužel zrovna opravovala. V hotelu byl klid. Na snídani jsme šly přes silnici. Snídaně byla bohatá, uvítala bych nějaké ovoce, ale jinak bylo vše v pořádku. Připlatily jsme si vířivku a masáže, vše se nachází v dochozí vzdálenosti. Wellnes byl moc hezký a čistý, vše zarezervováno jen pro nás. Masáž byla na 30 minut, paní masérka upovídaná, ale sympatická a masáž byla dobrá.

Eine tolle Gegend und ein sauberes Hotel aber in Kombination mit dem Kurpark nicht nochmal.
Pros:

Die Lage ist für Wanderungen und Ausflüge ideal. Das Hotel Panorama, in dem wir untergebracht waren, ist renoviert und sauber.

Cons:

Das Frühstück muss man im Kurpark zusammen mit den Kurgästen einnehmen. Eine laute und teilweise getrübt Stimmung lag vor. Leider wurde einem das vorher nicht mitgeteilt. Für die Benutzung des Pools musste man sich vorher ebenfalls anmelden und zusätzliche Kosten fallen dadurch an. Der Zimmerservice klopfte Sonntag früh um 7 an der Tür um sauber zu machen.

Pros:

Alles toll. Man kommt abends an und das Zimmer ist angenehm warm. Herrlich. Einzig, dass die Navi Daten nicht zum Hotel passen ist etwas umständlich. Wenn man wirklich mal nachts ankommt und man nicht das kleingedruckte gelesen hat (steht bei Anreise in der Beschreibung), dann findet man das nicht, zumal die Rezeption in einem anderen Hotel ist. Aber das war wirklich das einzig negative. Ein Parkplatz wird gerade renoviert, aber davon bekommt man nichts mit, sind auch genug vorhanden. Für den Preis eine tolle Unterkunft

Hotel i ældre kurby med masser af charme
Pros:

Wellness-by med mulighed for behandlinger. Vi blev opgraderet til en lejlighed. Vi boede i et ældre hus, som var moderniseret. Der var mulighed for at købe mad til meget rimelige priser i nærheden. Stor park med mulighed for motion og afslapning. Dog var der mangel på parkeringspladser, så vi kunne ikke få en, da vi ankom.

It met our needs
Pros:

Chill place, good location near the mountains, decent choice on breakfast

Cons:

Reception was far from the property. It was necessary to walk the distance on our arrival as well as when we were leaving. Talking about the distances, we got a room at the very end on the top floor in an empty building.
Also we got the non-removable arm rings for the breakfast in which we had to sleep over night, nothing too comfortable.
What I especially didn’t like is was the fact that when we booked wellness, we received an A4 paper confirming our time slot reservation that we had to bring into spa so we left the reception with plenty of A4 papers like if there wouldn’t be any other possible digital solution for booking within single resort …
