Boutique Hotel Wellion Baumansky

Lo mejor de este hotel es su ubicación, para el que quiera mezclarse con los rusos. Está ubicado en un barrio de clase media moscovita, donde no es usual ver turistas y en cambio está a apenas dos paradas de metro de la Plaza Roja. En este barrio hay de todo: supermercados, bancos, centro comercial, tiendas, bares, cafés, restaurantes, etc....El hotel es muy bonito y acogedor, lo que ocurre es que elegí mal la habitación, pues para una estancia de 6 días que tenía prevista, opté por la habitación estándar, y es realmente pequeña aunque muy bonita. Lo único es que no desaguaba bien la ducha, y el agua te llegaba hasta los tobillos al ducharte. Tampoco hay canales internacionales de televisión. Pero lo que relamente no me gustó del hotel es la falta de profesionalidad del personal de conserjería pués realmente para entendernos teníamos que hacer uso del traductor del móvil con inglés, ruso, castellano.A veces tenía la necesidad de preguntar algún consejo sobre mi visita a la ciudad; pero no era posible preguntarles a ellos; pues la comunicación era imposible. Me da la imprensión que es personal sin titulación académica de la rama del Turismo y su extrema juventud: media de unos 20-21 años de edad, no ayuda en situaciones que requieren templanza y experiencia. Aunque el personal era respetuoso y siempre agradable en el trato. Decidí salir un día antes de lo previsto y acomodarme en otro establecimiento.

Good location and quiet neighborhood. Hotel wifi is fast and very helpful reception & polite staff.

1. Если вам достанется номер на первом этаже, придётся все время провести с задёрнутыми шторами, так как отель прямо на улице. Такое ощущение, что ты в подвале. Разумно было бы затемнить окна с внешней стороны, чтобы можно было открыть занавески.
2. При вселении я сказала, что хочу завтрак, мне пообещали позвонить и сделать заказ. Никто не позвонил. Утром я осталась без завтрака, так как заказывать его надо заранее. Даже не извинились.
3. Зачем-то сделали дурацкий ремонт))) пару лет назад в этом отеле было красиво и стильно. Теперь они сделали ремонт, попытались изобразить уличный стиль, но выглядит это дёшево и аляповато. Перед ремонтом было значительно лучше.
Вот эта лошадь - это очень смешно)).
4. В номере 104 не работала половина лампочек. Даже при включённом свете было темно.
5. Мини-бар был пустой))

The boutique it’s just name, I t’s the worst hotel I ever had, first it’s I. The middle of nowhere, there is no light at all on the enterenc, very dark on reception, the receptionist don’t know Expedia at all and she told me we don’t work with this company, after checking and checking she said ok but I need the proof of payment which for her the email is no proof, after 30 minuets discussing she gave a room on 3rd floor, and when I ask her about elevator she said it’s onky 2 floors!!!??, with no lights on stairs, I arrived to very small room with no window, I get angry and called her or change or I leave, she gave me room in 1st floor, the room is very small. I thought just To pass this night, very noisy I don’t know if it’s a hotel or train station, doors open and close all night receptionist speaking loud.
I don’t like it at all and I don’t recommend it...
