Lo tranquilo del lugar.

Cons:

Me he quedado 4 veces, pero esta última vez tuve una mala experiencia, que decepción, la habitación olía mucho a veneno, encontramos una cucaracha en la cama, nos cambiaron de habitación y peor habías una TARÁNTULA en el baño, los chicos de la recepción no ayudaron en nada para sacarla, un señor guía turístico que estaba ahí nos ayudó a sacar la araña. Los desayunos también han perdido calidad, antes se tenían más opciones. Muy regular.

Pros:

Localização no desfiladeiro. Os pássaros que se veem por todo o lado. Estacionamento privado. Refeições no hotel em conta e de boa qualidade.

Cons:

Difícil acesso aos quartos para quem tem malas grandes ( o piso é em terra e a moto que leva as bagagens não chega a todos os quartos).

Descanso fantástico
Pros:

La comida fue excelente. La tranquilidad y los sonidos de naturaleza. La posibilidad de bajar caminando a ver el río Magdalena. En la habitación para cinco personas, el baño cuenta con áreas separadas —lavamanos, sanitario y ducha—, lo que permite que hasta tres personas lo utilicen de manera independiente al mismo tiempo

Cons:

Tener en cuenta que las habitaciones están un poco lejos del lobby y restaurante para personas con limitaciones de movilidad, pendiente ligera y en algunas habitaciones hay 5 o 6 escalones para ingresar.

So beautiful and peaceful, the stay alone was an experience in itself.
Pros:

View and quietness.

Cons:

There is a lot of room for improvement on the vegetarian options. The veggie burger was very dry.

Ok but disappointed with staff

Cons:

Staff never showed us to our cabin late at night. Never helped with bags. Hard to find cabin. Need a car for this place. Too many barking dogs and loud guests considering how isolated it was and how few guests there were

Pros:

My cabana was comfortable, and I appreciated the abundance of towels and water provided. I had several meals here and liked the arepa dish at breakfast and the pechuga de uchuva for dinner.

Cons:

My bed/pillows were dirty when I arrived. It appears as though no one had stayed in my room for some time, as there were bugs/dust/dirt all over the pillows.

The service was incredibly slow - I felt that when I wanted food or drink I had to hunt someone down in order to get it. The bar is hardly open, and when I tried ordering several different cocktails, they were out of the supplies. The internet in the rooms is inconsistent, and reception was always slow to reply on the WhatsApp. It was disappointing compared to the great service I've had at other Masayas.

Superbe hôtel en plein cœur de la nature. Le mirador permet d'avoir une incroyable vue sur le canyon!
Chambre très propre, confortable et personnel au petit soin.
La nourriture est excellente et le rapport qualité/prix est très bon, ce qui surprend agréablement, étant donné le standing du lieu 😊

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner compris dans le prix est un peu petit, nous avions parfois encore un peu faim après.
Le sentier qui amène aux différents petits chalets est très glissant, malgré des escaliers sur le côté, nous avons failli tomber plusieurs fois. Prévoyez de bonnes chaussures 😁

Hotel hermoso con una vista excepcional
Pros:

Las instalaciones, la habitación y el servicio excepcionales. Nos recibieron con mucha amabilidad y una bebida. Hay un señor muy amable que está pendiente de la llegada para subir las maletas hasta la habitación. Un lugar muy tranquilo para descansar. La habitación muy linda y cómoda, perfecto para descansar y desconectarse en la naturaleza. El mirador es hermoso.

Cons:

El servicio en cocina puede ser más rápido. A la hora de la cena si bien es claro que cierran a las 10 cocina y la barra, pedimos un coctel que no estaba disponible y mientras elegíamos uno nuevo la barra cerró. El mesero intentó gestionar sacar el cóctel, en estos casos considero que la actitud del servicio es clave para sentirse cómodo. El servicio del mesero puede mejorar. Nuestra comida llegó y no teníamos cubiertos.
