Soektakulär
Pros:

Wunderschönes stilsicheres, modernes und dennoch gemütliches "Hütten"- Resort In traumhafter Lage und absoluter Ruhe (was in Kolumbien eigentlich unmöglich ist- irgendwer macht hier immer Lärm) .Die Rundalows sind charmant und haben alle eine große Terrasse, auf der man abends sitzt und den Sternenhimmel bei einem Glas Rotwein bewundert. Auf Kühlschrank und Fernseher verzichtet man gerne. Sehr gute Betten. Durchdachtes Beleuchtungskonzept. Super nette hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Top-Massagen im Spa. Besondere Erwähnung sollte das Restaurant finden. Extrem leckere Gerichte und gar nicht so teuer. Für meinen Geschmack zurzeit das beste Restaurant in San Agustin. Fazit Alles schmeichelhaft fürs Auge, funktionell durchdacht und Streicheleinheiten für die Seele - ein magischer Ort!

Cons:

Für Gehbehinderte ist die Anlage wegen der Hanglage nicht geeignet. Von den Rundalows zur Rezeption/ Restaurant ist es schon ein kleiner Fußmarsch rauf und runter. Leider hat man den Weg naturbelassen, der einzige Schwachpunkt. Wenn es geregnet hat, ist es rutschig und man versaut sich komplett die Schuhe. Meine Bitte: dringend nachbessern! Auch wenn man einen ökologischen Ansatz verfolgt- hier ist etwas Beton oder Asphalt ganz einfach ein MUSS!

Wspaniały ogród i widok na kanion rzeki Magdalena. Bardzo ładne, gustowne, duże i czyste pokoje. Nie ma telewizora. Jest wifi. Ciepłe oświetlenie. Łazienki nowoczesne i starannie wykończone. Dobry szampon, odżywka, żel pod prysznic. Miły personel. Smaczne śniadanie. Szerokie łóżko.

Cons:

Nie ma się do czego przyczepić.

L'hitel si trova in una posizione semplicemente splendida. È strutturato ad albergo diffuso con un padiglione centrale dove c'è la reception e il ristorante/bar. Tutte le casette sono immerse nella natura, molto tranquillo. Ho chiesto una casetta con vista montagna e fiume. Bellissimo. Lo staff è cordialissimo e disponibile, il ristorante ha una ottima cucina e la colazione inclusa è abbondante. Ci tornerò!

Cons:

Il posto era troppo bello che quasi non si aveva voglia di uscire per andare ad esplorare i dintorni!

Ein Juwel in atemberaubender Lage
Pros:

Wunderschöne Anlage direkt an der Rio Magdalena Schlucht. Die Bungalows, mit Blick in die Schlucht sind liebevoll eingerichtet und haben einen Balkon mit atemberaubender Sicht. Frühstück und Abendessen sind sehr lecker.
Wir waren 3 Nächte im Hotel und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Man schläft mitten in der Natur und wird nur von den Vögeln geweckt. Auch der Service an Rezeption und im Restaurant ist sehr freundlich.
Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert um die 3 sehr sehenswerten archäologischen Stätten zu besuchen. Das Ticket gilt 2 Tage für alle 3 Ausgrabungsstätten. Vor Ort kann man auch einen englisch-sprechenden Führer buchen.

Einfach, aber sehr schön und zweckmässig
Pros:

Die Bauart der Bungalows und die Lage hoch über dem Rio Magdalena sind spektakulär. Sehr gutes, wenn auch etwas teures Essen. Sehr motivierte und freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Der Wasserhahn im Badezimmer wurde so montiert, dass man die Hände am äussersten Rand des Waschbeckens hat.

Qualità della colazione da migliorare, la notte sono arrivate 2 persone nella stanza accanto alla nostra, abbiamo avuto motivo di credere che fossero membri dello staff, hanno messo musica, chiaccheravano e ridevano tanto da svegliarci e sono andati avanti diverse ore

Pros:

Ein tolles Hotel etwas außerhalb von San Augustin. Für uns eine tolle Lage etwas abseits, sehr ruhig. Sehr schöne Anlage mit schönen Zimmern. Das Frühstück und auch das Abendessen waren sehr gut. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Es gibt absolut nichts auszusetzen.

Las instalaciones son lindas y cómodas. Las vistas del Magdalena son hermosas, hay muchas aves en las zonas con vegetación. El personal muy amable y colaborador. El restaurante ofrece comida deliciosa (especialmente las ensaladas y postres)

Fantastisch op alle vlakken
Pros:

De locatie met zicht op de bergen is fantastisch, het personeel is super behulpzaam en vriendelijk (bedankt Diego en Vanessa voor alles!). Het restaurant is heel goed. Het verblijf heeft onze hoge verwachtingen meer dan overtroffen. De hotelhonden en de kat zijn superlief❤️
