Una verguenza de establecimiento, estuve 1 hora esperando a que el guardia del hotel logre comunicarse con el administrador, porque no tenia ningun siatema para verificar mi codigo de reserva, encima no queria gasta su cresito para llamar y tuve que llamar de mi celular consumiendo mis datos de Panama, su sistema es manual, cuanso llega el huesped el portero tiwnw que llamar al administrador y si este no contesta o no esta disponible tienes que esperar hasta 1 hora como en mi caso.

El asensor de la izquierda esta dañado, mientras esperaba bajo alguien a infirmar que wl asensor se habia parado en el piso 3, asi que solo queda subir oor el de la derecha.

Es una verguenza que Expedia permita este tipo de hoteles en su plataforma, puedwn revisar mis registros de viajes y uso bastante esta app y nunca me paso algo asi.

Si no era que le llame la atencion al portero y le llame mas de 20 veces, me.hubieran dejado afuera toda la noche.

Verguenza de verdad.

It is a nice studio apartment in a good area although not centrally located. Everything looks good except for the shower which is tiny and makes showering difficult. The a/c in the bedroom didn’t cool so I called but they never fixed it.

O hotel é limpo e moderno. O quarto é um apartamento bem decorado com sala, cozinha e quarto. As janelas são grandes e a cama do quarto é bastante confortável (a cozinha também é bem funcional, com cooktop, microondas, frigobar, talheres, panelas etc.). O café da manhã é servido no próprio quarto, porém com horário a partir das 8h. Senti falta de recepção 24h, porém sempre há um guarda 24h que cuida da entrada e saída dos hospedes.
Um ponto bastante positivo é um mini mercado que fica na entrada do prédio, facilitando bastante a compra de itens básicos de alimentação/higiene

The hotel went out of their way to make sure we communicated, prior to our arrival, to ensure we had transport from and back to the airport. We arrived late in the evening and had no dinner, the hotel took care of us and ordered food and brought it to our room. The room was beautiful and clean. We were only there for an overnight stay but wish we had longer.

Es segunda vez que me hospedo y con seguridad repetiría. Muy buen hotel, nuevo, limpio y confortable. Su administrador muy atento y servicial.
Lo unico a mejorar es que cuando uno arriba en domingo, no hay un encargado, solo personal de seguridad con información muy limitada.
