Not the best hotel
Pros:

I could check in before time.

Good value for money.

Cons:

The hotel isn't soundproof at all. There was so much noise around corridors. When doors are shut, its almost like someone is barging into your room.
Water is either too hot or too cold. No Hand-wash soap after toilet use. The pictures online isn't what is there physically.

The location is near Chatham town centre. The staff is also good.

Cons:

The TV was glitching and positioned far right from the bed. The wash basin needs to be more firm, and shower space should be deep cleaned.

Not worth the money
Pros:

Bed was nice but mattress and floor were filthy

Cons:

TV connection absolutely rubbish. Very static and jumpy and sounds like a robot. Told staff who could barely speak English who said manager wasn't available to sort until the afternoon after we would have left.
