Firefly West Wing

We didn't have hot water our entire stay. Hopefully they fix it in time for other guests.

There was nothing bad considering money for value. Maybe they could increase the water pressure in the shower.

The AC did not work well in our room and the fans also didn’t work well. It was very hot.

Als er een minpuntje was, dan was het de WiFi verbinding in het West Wing gedeelte. Aan de overkant van de straat, waar men dient in te checken, ontbijten en dergelijke is er wel een goede WiFi verbinding.

They harass you immediately on arrival to fill in a data form even though your details are on the booking. The pool leaves a lot to be desired and the plastic crocodile is green because it is dirty. They need to improve. The welcome is poor because they are not friendly, although they give you a drink The AC did not work which meant changing rooms but they could have given us this room in the first place.

No kettle in rooms or beverages. No slippers. No TV. NO WIFI in rooms. It's like a place lost in the wilderness that someone has discovered and thought, we can make money out of this. Personally, I feel entitled to a full refund because watching movies in the room on my device is one of the joys of being on vacation. And I couldn't here.

The breakfast menu is confusing and they give you what they want and not your choices or you pay for what you really want. They should create another menu which guests can pay for. The other menu comes with all the free limited choices. but by having them together and not being able to have items is odd because it claims breakfast was free with the room rate.

They put items like sausages but you must pay for it, when it would be better to not include it in the first place. Lack of choice at breakfast: no fruits, no juices, unless you pay for them, but this modest room in the middle of nowhere is near $100 per night.

We paid in advance, were around for hours before leaving but they waited until we were miles away to ring to tell us to call Booking.com and tell them to pay them the money, when it had already been paid before we even arrived the day before. I told them it wasn't my responsibility to chase money I already paid.
But this sums up their general attitude to guests: Laziness.

Il wifi non funzionava

Ontvangst door nors personeel, later trok dat wel bij. Maar de eerste indruk blijft wel hangen. Geen handdoek wissel of bed opmaken. Geen safe in de kamer.
