Nice place to stay.
Pros:

The hotel has a nice location on a quiet street. The rooms are equipped well, but the furniture and bathrooms are a bit worn out. And what I've never seen before — you have to ask at the reception for a separate key from a minibar! The breakfast is fine, and includes also sparkling wine, a nice selection of fruits, snacks and warm dishes. The hotel also has a sauna and little pool, but it opens only at 12:00 and closes at 22:00, what is not very convenient.

Хороший небольшой отель в районе Павелецкой. Вежливый персонал. Вкусные завтраки. За свои деньги - отличный выбор на сутки другие тут остановиться

Pros:

Номер старый и обшарпанный, требует ремонта. При бронировании в особых пожеланиях указывал, что нужен номер с окнами на улицу, а не во внутренний атриум, в итоге конечно же дали номер во внутренний атриум, сказав что других нет и предложив доплатить за повышение категории. Сомнительный сервис для 4*

Очень приятное месторасположения отеля. В номере чисто, опрятно, комфортно. Очень хороший завтрак. Персонал отзывчив и внимателен. В общем очень достойно.

очень довольна тренажерном залом, в номерах чисто всё, вежливый персонал, отель самый очень уютный и красивый.
Отдельно хочу отметить администратора группы в Инстаграмме- очень вежливый и добрый администратор.

Moscow weekend
Pros:

Stayed with my wife, for 2 nights, to attend a concert/show at a local arena.
Location very convenient for main and metro rail.
Very pleasant and quite hotel in quiet location. Easy walk from Main line.
Unfortunately didn't try restaurant or breakfast due to our itinerary, so can't comment on that.
Very pleasant and helpful staff.

Pros:

Extremely friendly staff. Very accommodating.
Upgraded our room without our asking.
Hotel is immaculate. Breakfast a bit expensive about $15 a person for the buffet. But there are restaurants and bakeries nearby. Location is good - 2 metro stations from Red Square. I would definitely return.

駅からは少し歩きますが、静かに過ごせます。チェックアウト後の荷物も鍵のかかるお部屋で保管していただけます。この価格でスィートに宿泊できたので、三人でも広々とスーツケースを開けれました。Wifiもスムーズでした。

Iwould expect beter from 4 stars
Pros:

I usually refrain from criticising but this hotel, like many others in Russia actually practice very annoying way of charging their price. And i do not mean payment on arrival. No, I am used to this. My booking was without a prepayment. But they charge Your card anyway and then refound. They do it in Rubels, so You pay exchange fee on credit card and then again on refoundation. And honestly: if I would not come - perhaps evenong on arrival day is a good moment for charge?
Despite this, my room window was inside the building - on the hall so I had to use air conditioning, which was noisy.

Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderbar. Ruhig aber sehr nahe zur Metro. Das kleine Hotel ist viel persönlicher. Es war sehr sauber und angenehm.

Всё отлично, удобное расположение, услуги, номер просторный, чистый, персонал услужливый. К сожалению, запомнила только двоих сотрудников по именам, Екатерину и Анну, хотя мне понравились все. Очень вкусная уха в меню. Не понравилось: постельное белье слишком накрахмалено, но кому-то наверняка именно такое нравится. Блинчики на завтрак принесли не свежие. Отель рекомендую, очень хороший!

Nieuwe hotel , ideaal voor een zakenreis, kortbij tot centrum, uitgebreid ontbijt, vriendelijke staff. Een beetje lawaai van de straat.
