A complete disaster—unsafe facilities, dirty rooms, hostile food policies, and suspicious security.
Pros:

Nothing. We booked their highest option, the Executive Suite, expecting a premium 5-star family experience, but the entire stay was extremely disappointing and poorly managed.

Cons:

The 24/7 room service menu is a lie—only 20% of items are available past midnight. If you order via Foodpanda, they make you walk all the way to the main road entrance to sign forms because they want to "discourage outside food." Despite these restrictions, their own food takes over an hour to arrive, tastes below average, and carries premium prices. The breakfast buffet was equally terrible with very limited options.

The room condition was poor; there was constant construction noise on the 2nd floor, housekeeping was subpar, and the mini-bar contained pre-opened, used drinks left by previous guests. The facility is unsafe—there are only two elevators and both shake so violently that it can cause head or neck injuries. I even witnessed a foreign guest take a hard fall right in front of the lift during checkout.

Security is highly unprofessional; the gate guards are illiterate and force you to fill out manual logs yourself. Furthermore, my car tire mysteriously got punctured inside the secure hotel parking lot, and I personally witnessed the guards whispering suspiciously with the mechanic from the puncture shop right next to the gate. To finish it off, their Amex card machine was "broken" at checkout.

Pleasant and very comfortable.
Pros:

The helpful and kind staff, the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel - excellent. I enjoyed the room service and breakfast buffet; both were exceptional. A lovely place to stay.

Cons:

I didn’t notice or experience anything I didn’t like.

Great hotel with excellent customer service.
Pros:

The staff were very accommodating. Especially Bisma at reception and Sabah at breakfast. They both couldn’t do enough for us.
