The team members, Aroosa, Hana, Faraz, and Mansoor, demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout my stay. Their public dealing skills and public relations expertise were outstanding. It was nice. The breakfast had a number of Pakistani dishes! Comfortable stay
Pros:

Location is good. Near Anarkali bazaar & M M Alam road.

The staff were helpful.Faraz, Aroosa, Nida, Naveen were all great

Shazia and Suneeta at the breakfast area were warm and hospitable

Cons:

No heating in room. Lahore was chilly at night. But the staff were kind enough to provide a heater. That was really kind and sweet.

I would recommend this place to any tourist or business persons needing to stay in Lahore.
Pros:

There were so many things to like. The hotel is traditional, full of character, and not impersonal like many of the modern shiny hotels. Each and every one of the staff, and the front of house customer services people, were extremely obliging and friendly and couldn’t do more to improve the comfort of my stay. They even went so far as to send a car out to get some medication from the pharmacy when I needed it. Naveed, Aroosa, Nora, Mansoor and Khalid were all extremely helpful and friendly and made my stay a pleasure.

Cons:

I liked almost everything. As a westerner who sometimes like a beer in the evening the bar is a little too private and quiet, but I fully get that this is a cultural and traditional thing.

Pros:

Very welcoming front desk staff, amazing service .especially Mr Naweed javed . Help me a lot regarding upgrading my room.

Cons:

Every thing was good , instead BBQ restaurant ,staff was over talkative, restaurant was over priced, when someone with family please don’t gather around, let them enjoy dinner.
