Pros:

Location was good. Room was very spacious. Room tariff was low.

Cons:

Lack of cleanliness. Pillows, bed spreads and sheets were extremely dirty. The chair was so dirty my trousers were coated with a layer of dirt when I sat on it. TV was working .

Location, staff, Pricing , Rooms with Lift, AC Fan TV, Near Metro station & restaurants.
Pros:

There is a metro station near to hotel and 3 stops to BIEC hence its was good for this purpose.
Room rent is reasonable.
There are good and reasonable hotels for breakfast and meals at justv200 meters walk .
Rooms are good Ac /Fan and TV ok
Bathrooms are good.

Cons:

Cockroaches are seen all over when u return back late evenings . They start to hide moment you switch ON the lights.

Unfit for family stay.
Cons:

The staff charged us 400 rupees for each room for the early check in and I had no choice as it was very early in the morning and couldn't look for another room as I had my family with me. The staff did not give me an Invoice or receipt for the extra 800 rupees. During the night time, there was big noise from the neighbour room as it was occupied by drunk people. The hotel also had an alcohol bar attached to it and it is not fit for a family stay. There are spider webs inside the room and it is not only dirty but also potentially dangerous to stay inside such a hotel room.

Cons:

Pokoj byl špinavý, povrchově uklizený, ale na stěnách černé šmouhy, fleky na povlečení, v koupelně plíseň. Celkově nehezký dojem, jsem ráda, že jsem tam strávila jen pár hodin před cestou na letiště. Na chodbě byl cítit kouř z cigaret.

Cons:

Rooms are extremely dirty, bedsheets and towels are torn , old and stained. Bathrooms are pathetic, with layer of black dirt deposits on all buckets, basis and commode. The hotel is filled with smell of moss. It was a pathetic experience. Wastage of entire money. Never going back.
