1.超過18點沒有人員，自助入住，預訂時已信用卡扣款，有順利取到感應扣，要準備出去逛逛時，遇到無法順利自助入住的旅客，雖然慶幸自己順利，但還是協助他。
2.打電話沒接，兩通相隔1小時，都沒現場人員了，遇到問題，電話不通是要旅客找消費者服務專線？

很棒的住宿體驗，一個人住也很安心
Pros:

來高雄上課臨時找的住宿，自助入住非常好！位置在崛江這，停機車也很方便！房間很舒服，但真的會靜電，半夜燈全關去廁所真的看得到靜電哈哈～
