雖然隔音較差，但入住當晚的房客都很遵守規定，沒有很多的吵雜聲，頂多會聽到房客開門進出聲。

環境打掃沒有很確實，冰箱也不冷，廁所地板有積水，整體浴室與冰箱和桌面都有灰塵沒有確實擦乾淨，洗澡熱水器會忽熱差點燙傷⋯淋浴間地板建議貼個止滑膠帶，地面採用的磁磚遇水就很滑，更何況沐浴乳使用下去更滑⋯整體來說若短暫休息是可以接受的
