Personal war generell freundlich bis auf Alexandre. Beim Einchecken habe ich meinen Namen genannt. Ich habe mich gewundert, dass ich nur die Schlüssel für ein Zimmer bekommen habe. Meine Nachfrage hat offenbar genervt und ich wurde kritisiert, dass ich nur nach einem Zimmer gefragt hätte. Als ich antwortete, dass das nicht stimmt, bestand der Mitarbeiter darauf. Selbst, wenn es so gewesen wäre, wie ungeschickt! Aber wahrscheinlich lag es an mir. Am nächsten Morgen wollte er nicht mal meinen Gruß erwidern. Schlechte Einstellung, wenn man im Service arbeitet.

Vor dem Aufenthalt habe ich einen Haufen unsinniger Mails erhalten. Meine eigentlichen Fragen wurden nicht beantwortet

Try the restaurant for dinner and you will be suprised.
Pros:

On Sathurday the 4th of April we have visit the Pestana Amsterdam Riverside restaurant on the Amsteldijk together with my wife and mother. De quality of the food was 10 out of 10 and the service of the staff was exellent. They made us feel very special.
We were suprised that the restaurant wasn't packed and fully booked. So a free tip for all and espacially to the tourists, if you want to have a great dinner for a reasonable price, then skip all tourist and average restaurants and try this one for a change. You will be impressed for sure.
So thanks again and see you soon.

Erstklassiges Hotel mit herausragendem Service und Top-Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel überzeugt auf ganzer Linie und verdient ohne Zweifel die Bewertung „erste Klasse“. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der exzellente Service, der hier eindeutig im Mittelpunkt steht und den Aufenthalt spürbar aufwertet.

Die Zimmer präsentierten sich stets in einem sehr gepflegten und einladenden Zustand. Auch der Wellnessbereich mit Sauna und Pool sowie der Sportbereich waren durchgehend sauber und bestens instand gehalten – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt.

Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die hervorragende Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Amsterdam. Die Stadt ist schnell und unkompliziert mit einem vor Ort geliehenen Fahrrad erreichbar. Amsterdam auf diese Weise zu erkunden, ist ein besonderes Erlebnis, das ich nur empfehlen kann – entspannt, flexibel und mit ganz eigenem Charme.

Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, der keine Wünsche offenlässt.

Cons:

Ein kleiner negativer Punkt betrifft die geliehenen Fahrräder, die technisch teilweise etwas überarbeitet werden könnten. Dies ist jedoch eher als „Luxusproblem“ zu sehen und fällt im Gesamtbild kaum ins Gewicht.
