Het hotel zag er van buiten indrukwekkend uit, het personeel was vriendelijk en het ontbijt was goed, al had het nog iets beter gekund.

Cons:

Maar voor de prijs die we hebben betaald, was de kamer vrij middelmatig. Er lag tapijt op de vloer, wat eigenlijk niet echt past bij een vijfsterrenhotel. De televisie was niet smart en de verwarming maakte behoorlijk veel geluid Ook was de douche niet apart afgesloten, waardoor je weinig privacy hebt.

Pros:

Hôtel très calme, avec des prestations de grande qualité. Petit déjeuner buffet très bon rapport qualité prix. Piscine et espace fitness agréables.

Pros:

La struttura molto bella nasce in un edificio antico, all’interno elegante con spazi curati e accoglienti. Il bar/ristorante dell’hotel è una chicca e si mangia davvero bene. Ho chiesto una camera spaziosa e con balcone e anche se la struttura dispone di poche con tali caratteristiche sono stata accontentata nelle mie richieste. Lo staff è gentilissimo e molto attento agli ospiti.

Cons:

Non è economico, ma dispone di tutti i confort. In camera non manca nulla, dal kit cortesia con ciabatte e accappatoio, a quello bagno con saponi e creme ecc e ancora quello per la colazione. L’unico neo se vogliamo, puó essere la posizione siccome non si trova proprio al centro (piazza dam) ma comunque l’hotel dispone di un servizio noleggio bici e quindi per me e il mio fidanzato non è stato assolutamente un problema. E poi la camera con vista sul canale ripaga di tutto. 😍
Ultima cosa ma forse la più importante almeno per me è che questa struttura è plastic free, in camera ho trovato zero plastica. Iniziativa che amo e ammiro

Pros:

The hotel was really nice, the staff were friendly and welcomed us every time we came back to the hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable and the spa facilities were complimentary to our stay which was nice.
