外国人は滞在登録手数料が250RUB現金で必要です。
Pros:

Googleマップで検索した場所が間違っている。レニングラード動物園の近くのHotels.comの場所が正しい。
チェックイン時にHotels.comの追加料金の欄に記載されていない追加料金を支払う必要があった。外国人の滞在登録（レギストラーツィア）に別途手数料が250RUB必要で現金で支払った。ロシア国内のホテルやアパートメントに10箇所位泊まっているが滞在登録費の手数料を取られたのはここだけだった。
シングルルームの部屋は狭めでバスルームは小さめのシャワーブースがあった。WIFIは部屋内でも安定して接続でき速度もそこそこだった。
立地は地下鉄駅からはちょっと遠いもののエルミタージュ美術館等にも徒歩圏内でネヴァ川にもすぐ行けて観光するなら最高に便利。
スタッフは英語が通じます。

they don't provide keycard and we got locked out of the hotel ~2am and had to wait like 30min for someone to come and let us in.

konstig stämning
Pros:

Jätte dålig service försökte ta betalt för saker som var gratis och väldigt konstig stämning sista kvällen när vi var på väg ut så ville dom att vi skulle lämna nyckeln till värdeskåpet, utchecknings dagen så sa dom till oss kl 11 redan att vi skulle lämna när vi sa att vi visste det så sa dom inte senare än 12 än en gång vi vet som sagt konstig stämning man kände sig definitivt inte som en gäst.

Pros:

The main issue was a malfunctioning shower cabin (door shut open, damaged shower handle so water was not sprinkling). The hotel promised fix within 3 days only. Location very good but far from subway, you have to walk 1200 m or take a tram ride.
