Very comfortable and convenient.
Pros:

The staff were very warm, helpful and excellent in terms of behaviour and hospitality. The location is very convenient for air travellers. Air-conditioning is excellent. The food is hygienic, delicious and well-balanced - especially the takeaways. The restaurant has a pleasant ambience. Transportation arrangements of the hotel are a big bonus.

Cons:

House-keeping needs improvement. The standard of cleanliness could be better. Room service can be more prompt. The bathroom needs racks/hooks for hanging towels and clothes. The intercom and the time-piece in our room (319) need attention.
