Nothing the attitude of the staff was so bad so nothing else matters

Cons:

I had cancelled one night of my stay and the Duty Manager clearly confirmed at the property that the amount would be refunded. However, after I had already checked out and left the property, my card was still charged for that night.

Despite following up through email and speaking with her again, the refund was later denied. This was very disappointing as I relied on the assurance given at the time. The handling of this situation felt unprofessional and has affected my trust in the property’s customer service.

I hope the management reviews this matter seriously and improves how such situations are handled in the future.

Pros:

PROFESSIONALISM AND CLEAR INFO PROVIDED BY STAFF. NO CLOUDY TALK. EVEN THE TAXI DRIVERS WERE TRUE PROFESSIONALS. WOULD LOVE TO COME BACK AGAIN.

The service was great limited buffet spread with reasonable rate and the staff akshay was best, recommend with full heart will come back again
