closeness to the Airport

Cons:

I had to pay an extra charge for the 3rd person in the room when i had booked with Booking.com for 3 people at a specific price all inclusive for half board with airport pick up and drop. i was even told that air drop would cost extra but when i showed the booking.com confirmation then they reverted back and said OK. Unessesary discussions and extra charges for an extra bed which was not justififed !
The buffet was luke warm and basically destroyed the taste and culinary characteristics of that particular reciepe.
The live food counter was very good and also the Staff at the dining area.

The staff were so lovely mr David was so nice to us throughout the event and Alen and Muthu from Banquet also were so helpful towards us thank you very much and restaurant food was amazing and all the staff from hotel also so friendly 10/10

Yesterday we vist onam sadhya with family at Fairfield Marriott hotel. Food was grate but service was pathaitc and the person don't now first what need to serve. Food is good need to improve basic service.
