Excelente estancia y el personal super amable.
Pros:

la atención muy buena, el personal muy amable, las habitaciones super cómodas. Esta cerca al convento de Santa Catalina y la plaza de armas, nos recibieron muy bien y el desayuno perfecto.

Cons:

Me hubiera gustado que halla ascensor, ya que fui con mi padres y se les hizo un poco pesado subir las escaleras.

Habitaciones cómodas, buen desayuno, ubicación excelente

Cons:

No tiene ascensor, una limitante que afecta el desplazamiento; la TV de la habitación solo con 5 canales locales (la posibilidad de otros canales con acceso con la clave del huésped, algo que no se da en ningún otro hotel de este nivel)

Hôtel très bien. Il faudrait passer toutes les chambres en parquet plutôt que moquette...la 2eme était avec du parquet c'est beaucoup mieux et plus hygiénique

Overall we had very comfortable stay. Very clean and staff are all nice. The breakfast is very good with ample selection
