Znakomite położenie hotelu. Blisko centrum, w pobliżu stacji metra i postoju taksówek, jednocześnie w bardzo spokojnej uliczce z dobrymi restauracjami. Wielkie uznanie dla personelu hotelu. Wsztscy byli bardzo uczynni. Bez problemów przedłużyłem pobyt o jeden dzień oraz zaparkowałem samochód w podziemny parkingu na czas pobytu poza Ankarą. Ogromnym atutem hotelu jest bezpłatny parking. Na koniec muszę wspomnieć o śniadaniach. Są rewelacyjne! Znam Turcję od wielu lat. Nigdzie nie było takiej różnorodności potraw.

Cons:

Słabo działająca klimatyzacja. Zależy to jednak od pokoju. W niektórych wszystko było w porządku. Drugim problemem była kapiąca z sufitu woda w łazience.

Отель находился примерно в двухстах метрах от площади КЫЗЫЛАЙ и был расположен в очень удобном месте. Он был рядом со всеми остановками общественного транспорта, автобусными остановками и метро. Завтрак был очень хорошим, а чистота — на высоком уровне.

Что касается персонала, то на завтраке работали мужчина средних лет и молодой человек в очках. Оба были неприветливыми: здороваешься с ними, а они даже не отвечают на приветствие. В целом, за исключением двух сотрудников — девушки на стойке регистрации и молодого человека на ресепшене, — остальной персонал отеля показался мне неприветливым. С ними здороваешься, а они не отвечают. Поэтому, кроме этих двух сотрудников, персонал отеля мне совсем не понравился. В нашем номере был телевизор старой модели. Это был не Smart TV, у него не было доступа к интернету. Он показывал только турецкие телеканалы, что создавало определённые неудобства, так как во время отдыха невозможно было пользоваться интернет-функциями на телевизоре. Никаких дополнительных функций у телевизора не было.
