L'apparition de petits alligators et serpents dans le lac. Magasin dépanneur et resto à proximité

Malgré avoir versé totalité de mon paiement, booking n'a pas fait le relais et j'ai dû donné un autre versement puis attendre que booking me rembourse...

Excellent service, cleaning and Courtney was outstanding..
Pros:

As we arrived to the hotel, the staff was very nice, helpful. Courtney help us to get everything that we need specially for the Universal Studios tickets, food orientation.

I definitely would consider staying again but would NOT expect to use the pullout as a bed.
Pros:

Location was ideal for our Universal visits. Room size and layout were great. Breakfasts were excellent with a lot of variety each day.

Cons:

We had 4 adults and the pull out was awful (basically very old non existent mattress with no cushion what so ever). When I asked front desk if anything could be done, I was told no that they all were like this. The only other issue is when we had our housekeeping refresh days they did not supply a new roll of toilet paper when we had almost empty roll for each time so I had to ask front desk each time.

La chambre est grande est propre. Le petit dej est bien. bon wifi . parking gratuit . proche d universal . Bon rapport qualité prix

Cons:

Le canape lit pas confortable du tout à revoir . L'accueil est sans plus et impersonnel.

Room 2 bed queen size was good.

Cons:

Breakfast gluten free is not guaranteed. I paid for the service but they had only the bread. No other options gluten free.
I booked for a room 2 bed queen size and they gave me a room 1 bed queen size and a sofa bed because no other room were available!

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est proche de centres commerciaux, restaurants, parcs d'attraction d'Universal et d'International drive. Le lieu est calme et le parking gratuit est grand et sécurisant. Le petit déjeuner inclus est copieux et relativement' les gaufres sont excellentes !
Le lit de la chambre est confortable et la salle de bain a une douche mieux que l'habituel baignoire des hôtels américains. La propreté des lieux.
La laverie mais payante.

Cons:

Le canapé-lit n'était pas confortable converti en lit on ressentait bien les ressorts de celui-ci et en format canapé on s'y enfonçait un peu. La table de la cuisine non adéquate pour 3 personnes et la plaque de cuisson trop petite.
