Enjoyed my stay, was worth the price. My family and I were very comfortable.
Pros:

Very clean. The lighting could have been a little better but I have no complaints overall

Cons:

Hotel smelled very clean but was a bit much upon walking in. Maybe use more allergy friendly products for people like me with MCAS.

If not for the excellent breakfast, the hotel fell short of a comfortable stay

Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Rooms were not clean. Stains on the carpets, silverware not cleaned, specifically in our room the cabinet doors do not close and slide down creating a injury risk for my toddler and crawling infant

Ubicación y estacionamiento gratis.

Cons:

Suites sucia, las sábanas con mal olor a sudor, baño con mal olor, desayuno fatal y el personal poco cortés y cobran un depósito supuestamente por verificación de datos y no lo devuelven, No lo recomiendo. Precio no acorde con lo ofrecido.

Decent option for families with kids
Pros:

Excellent location. Literally one mile from Universal Studios. Public shuttle picks up guests from the hotel and brings back from Universal Studios. Decent breakfast is included. Nothing fancy, plastic cutlery, paper dishes, standard American options.

Cons:

Property looks a bit outdated, renovation is already requires. Some furniture was broken in our room.

Quiet, clean and safe
Pros:

Does what it says on the tin. Spotlessly clean, modern decor and very well managed. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Location perfect for Universal, shopping and accessing the road network. Id stay here again.

Pros:

I think we have finally found our Universal Studios hotel! We have traveled to Orlando approximately 10 times over the past few years. We have stayed at different hotels, trying to find the best value for our adventures to Universal and Islands of Adventure. This hotel exceeded our expectations - the price was extremely reasonable for all the hotel had to offer. Everything was clean, the breakfast was fresh and provided many choices, the staff was friendly, there was no additional parking fee, the room was a great size and the beds were comfortable. In addition, the hotel was very close to the parks and I felt very safe there. While we only stayed one night, this hotel would be great for a multi-night stay due to its well-stocked kitchen area and room layout. We will definitely be back!

The room was not cleaned inspite of informing the front desk . Had to call 4-5 times before the anything was sent to the room and wait for 2 hrs before it was sent
