"I had a very pleasant stay and was impressed with the hotel's architecture, cleanliness, and decoration. The beds were comfortable, and I appreciated the modern amenities like the TV with cable and the reliable internet connection.

​I believe a few minor adjustments would greatly enhance the guest experience. It would be helpful to have the option for early check-in, and I found that the water pressure in the shower could be improved. Additionally, providing a microwave in the room or offering guests access to the kitchen at all times would be a convenient feature. Also, ensuring the mini-bar is consistently refilled would be a welcome service.

Lastly, a more flexible policy on visitors who are not staying overnight would be appreciated, as it felt restrictive to be charged for a guest who was only visiting for a short time.

I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights. While the property itself has a beautiful aesthetic and the morning breakfast was enjoyable, the overall experience left much to be desired. The room felt more like a basic motel than a hotel, and the number of mosquitos inside made it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. I’m glad I only booked a short stay. With some improvements to the rooms and pest control, this could be a much better experience considering how lovely the common areas are.
