Llegue a la 01 am y me dicen que están llenos y que no tienen habitación para mi, llamaron a otro hotel para ver si tenían habitación disponible para mi y me mandaron allí, crei que el precio seria lo mismo ya que fue un error suyo no mío, y terminé pagando 3 veces mas, me estafaron

Pros:

Location is very close to the metro, like 10 mins walk

Cons:

The AC did not work and the room smelt like bleach or some other cleaning supply. The room is bit more tiny than the pictures.

Okay, but certainly not worth the price.
Pros:

booked very last minute so options in Amsterdam were limited. It was fairly well connected to the city centre by metro. The facilities were okay and the room was reasonably sized

Cons:

Facilities were basic, not even containing water glasses or kettle etc. One issue was the noise, on the first night the wind was rattling a roof on the balcony, and on the second morning there was stomping and moving of furniture upstairs, presumably from other guests. Someone also entered the room with a keycard without knocking at some point before checkout time.

Pros:

The location is nice.

Cons:

The room stank when I first came in (apparently, the bathroom had not been cleaned; this was fixed after I complained at reception). The mattress was terrible, and my back hurt after sleeping on it for two nights. The walls of the room are paper-thin, and you hear everything from the hallway. No shutter on the windows, so it's lit up all night.

Dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis entsprechend gut
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und es war rund um die Uhr jemand da, an den man sich bezüglich Fragen wenden konnte. Weiterhin hat mir besonders gefallen, dass der Anschluss zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut war.

Cons:

Hätte sauberer sein können.

Séjour agréable entre amis à 20 mn de la vieille ville en métro.
Pros:

Personnel charmant et très serviable. Réception présente 24/24. Hôtel situé à 10 mn à pied du métro avec accès en centre ville 2 stations plus loin. Parking public devant l'hôtel très pratique car nous avions un Trafic 9 places (10€ la journée) ce qui nous a évité de nous déplacer en voiture dans Amsterdam. Salle du petit-déjeuner ouverte non stop avec coin salon permettant de nous retrouver pour jouer aux cartes en fin de soirée.

Cons:

Un bémol quant à l'accès au lit sur la mezzanine dans le loft avec un escalier très raide et une poutre métallique au dessus du côté gauche du lit.
