Pros:

Tout était parfait, la literie au top,
Le personnel de ménage très poli et agréable. Le petit déjeuner parfait, y avait du choix.
Un grand merci à Angelin et Eda, très gentille, à l'écoute, serviable et toujours souriante, un 20/20.

Super Wahl für Urlaub in und um Chania
Pros:

Super großes Zimmer, haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, Personal war stets freundlich. Lage nah zu zwei großen Supermärkten (vegane Optionen) und Busanbindung unmittelbar vor dem Hotel, gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Danke auch an Angeliki für die exzellente Betreuung :)

Cons:

Mikrowelle und Ofen hat gefehlt, Küchenausstattung könnte etwas besser sein

Good location for the beach, restaurants, and Chania itself, with very friendly staff & a nice pool
Pros:

I thought that the location was very good for the beaches and for access into Chania.

The staff were very helpful and the rooms were a decent size. The pool was never overcrowded and it was a pleasant way to chill out.

Cons:

I would have liked a microwave in the kitchenette.

In terms of the bedroom I would have liked a double bed (or just a double mattress) rather than two singles put together. It often felt that we were drifting apart during the night!

Pros:

Struttura accogliente e curata a circa un chilometro dalle spiagge più vicine. Ambiente esterno, piscine , bar e piccole zone verdi molto piacevoli. Siamo stati 3 notti in monolocale superior , bello , molto ampio e soprattutto nuovo. Doccia grande con ottima pressione dell’acqua. Come visibile dalle foto, il lavabo del bagno è posizionato in stanza da letto ma é comodo e bello. Volendo si può cucinare, gli strumenti base ci sono. Noi non abbiamo usufruito del servizio colazione ma utilizzato il microonde per riscaldare il latte al mattino per mini colazione. Supermercati molto vicini dove abbiamo anche parcheggiato l’auto.

Cons:

Al di là del fatto che sicuramente tornerei in questo hotel, segnalo che l’area parcheggio non è curata e si trova su terreno molto polveroso. Asciugamani vecchi e ingrigiti e mancava l’accappatoio che sarebbe stato comodo per spostarsi nell’area piscine. II terrazzino , nel nostro caso, era frontale ad altri quindi nessuna riservatezza. Non é importante ma siamo rimasti molto perplessi perché un giorno non é stato rifatto il letto in camera ma solo cambiato gli asciugamani e svuotati i cestini. Si sono dimenticati o era voluto ?

Family Holiday to Chania
Pros:

Staff friendly, apartments clean and spacious, pool good size.

Choice of many restaurants nearby and 20 mi ute bus ride into Chania old town which is worth a visit.

Cons:

On a busy main road surrounded by car dealerships.

Pool open from 10.00 to 18.00, I like an early morning swim but this not possible. Very busy and noisy on a couple of days.

Beaches 10 minute walk and sandy but charge 25 euros for 2 sunbeds and umbrella!

Superb
Pros:

This was our 2nd visit to Lotus Hotel. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the friendliness of the staff.

Cons:

We didn't like the usual sun lounger issues, but this didn't affect our whole stay, but it was frustrating when people reserved loungers and then disappeared all day! The hotel were understanding when we flagged the problem but its hard to manage.
