Lovely hotel with great staff.
Pros:

Kim, the lovely woman who checked me in, was outstanding. When I complained that my original room was not very much in keeping with either the price or pedigree of the hotel, she immediately upgraded me to a "real" room, free of charge.

Cons:

Get rid of the tiny, "hostel-like" rooms. They're an embarrassment.

Fint rum, bra utsikt, saknade något väsentligt på frukosten.
Pros:

Boendet var bra, men ser inte så fräsigt ut när man står utanför på parkeringen. Bra att vi fick rum på baksidan med utsikt mot gröna ytor och en stor fontän.

Cons:

Gillade VERKLIGEN inte att de bara hade klibbigt smörgåsmargarin på frukostbuffén. Mungiporna åkte ner till knäskålen. Fixa Bregott! Resten var gott, men det tog en stund innan jag smält chocken.

Cons:

Mörk där man tar frukosten, fönstret gick inte att stänga, nu var det varmt så det gick ingen nöd på oss pga detta.
Det behövs renoveras, luktade unket på våningarna.
