Fantastic hotel, staff that go above and beyond and I would definitely stay again if ever I revisit Nashville

Fantastic location, close to Broadway, feels like being transported back in time as you enter the doors with the elegant decor. Staff so friendly, great bar with live music, good restaurant with excellent breakfasts and a complimentary cocktail every afternoon in the lobby. The pool on the rooftop is a welcome added bonus!

Cons:

The only negative was that there were 3 of us and deliberately selected larger queen room as it said there was a seating area but there wasn’t. However a lovely member of staff brought us extra chairs so we had somewhere to sit.

Pros:

Location is perfect. Rooftop pool wonderful view of downtown. Great food at TENN on property! Staff friendly and helpful. Overall the best place I’ve stayed in Nashville and will definitely return and recommend.

The location is great!

Cons:

The fridge in the room didn’t work and there was only one overhead light and it was off to the side so it wasn’t very bright.

We will be back. Just not going to use valet parking anymore.

The valet parking was horrible. Not worth it. We will just park across the street next time.

A delightful, cosy, high-class stay, within a short stroll of Broadway
Pros:

- Gorgeous historic building, sensitively updated, very chic
- The breakfasts were excellent, with a wide choice of dishes, generous portions and perfectly cooked
- The reception, restaurant, housekeeping, bar and door staff were all excellent
- My room was lovely: large, quiet, well laid-out, with a gorgeous shower and a huge and very comfortable bed
- The location was perfect, with all the fun of Broadway just a gentle stroll away
- Complementary hot chocolate and cocktails in the lobby was a very nice touch
- The weather while I was in town was historically cold, but the hotel remained warm, cosy and welcoming throughout

Cons:

I'm struggling to think of anything. The only possible negative was that the bar area was a bit small and lacking in atmosphere. However, with myriad bars within a short walk this is not a major issue!
