If I come to Miami again, I will not stay anywhere else.
Pros:

Everyone made me feel safe! Extremely nice, wasn’t used to valet so that was a new experience for us, but absolutely loved it! Rooms are almost sound proof and you cannot hear the airplanes in your room! Also complementary dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap! And it smelled so good! Plenty of it too, no sample generic size.

Staff pretty welcoming. Airport shuttle is a nice touch. Only complaint is that it really isn’t within walking distance

Parking was horrendous, hair in bathroom , ice didn’t work in room.

Nothing really.

Cons:

The valet wouldn’t move the shuttle bus that was parked sideways and taking up all the handicapped spots and wanted us to park in the garage and walk in the pouring rain. So the shuttle can occupy the handicap spots near the entrance.

A quick stay before catching a flight home. Perfect in every way.
Pros:

The shuttle to and from the airport was convenient. Our suite was so spacious, we wished we were spending more than one night.
Just a short walk to a nearby restaurant that was surprisingly incredible! We were happy with everything.

Cons:

It was a perfect stay for us.

Nice, large, clean room, QS Bed, All items Efficiency clean and very useful, super courteous drivers and staff,
a bit far from the Airport
