Pros:

L’emplacement qui permet d’aller à pieds à l’aéroport, le petit déjeuner conséquent , le personnel souriant et agréable , les lits confortables, barbecue au gaz extérieur

Cons:

Le sofa du salon est à ressorts, donc désagréable.
Les chambres aux étages sont bruyantes ( avion, train, presque toute la nuit). Mais chambres au rez de chaussée, pas de bruit et accès direct à la piscine .
Dommage que la terrasse de la piscine soit si bruyante avec les avions …

Pros:

My shuttle driver was very friendly and engaging. Made the trip from the airport to the hotel enjoyable. Once at the hotel he showed me to the front desk. Each time I saw him after that he greeted me. This was the same for the rest off the staff. Made me feel like I was staying at home.

The property was nice.

Cons:

I didn’t receive the king one bedroom suite I paid for, they gave me a queen one bedroom room instead, the room had a terrible odor, and the shower was disgusting. I went to the front they gave me a queen room, it was a lot better than the first one.

NO DORMI AHÍ PUES NO ESTABA MI RESERVA PAGADA CON UN MES DE ANTICIPACIÓN.
Pros:

Cuando llegue al aeropuerto y reporte mi llegada , NO fueron por mi. Al intentar hacer checkin, no estaba mi reserva pagada desde 4 de julio, estuve hasta las 2am del día siguiente resolviendo el tema con ustedes. Espero la devolución de mi dinero.

Pros:

Breakfast was great. Staff was probably the nicest and most helpful I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. They all seemed to like their jobs and were happy we were their guests from the night.

Cons:

The hotel had three elevators and only one worked. The gathering area to catch the elevator was very small, congested, and unorganized. During peak times it was impossible to catch an elevator. We heard a lot of grumbling and unhappy customers due to the elevator situation.
