Breakfast was great, had laundry room at no cost and located so close to the airport!!

Top notch customer service
Pros:

I travel to Miami and stay at this hotel for business twice a week. When I arrive, my stay is always a better experience when I see Marc at the front desk. I never have a hassle checking in or requesting any additional information or services.

In my personal opinion I would have to say that Marc is a true business professional and will always put the customer first. He is understanding and able to find a solution to any problems that may arise.

Good value..watch for the shuttle service

A gem!
Pros:

Wow! I was a little worried because I booked this hotel from my seat in an incredibly delayed flight arriving to Miami 3 AM…

At 4 AM when I arrived, Marc was attentive and incredibly kind after a hellish travel day (and 24 rough hours ahead of me)

He swiftly checked me in and allowed me a late check out. Gave me water, offered snacks, ect.

I was so thankful for his help and for a night of restful sleep. Room was clean and incredibly comfortable.

I highly recommend this hotel! Close to the airport and has everything you need!!
