Good hotel at good location
Pros:

The driver who brought us from the airport to the hotel was super kind. The room was big and cosy

Cons:

The receptionist wasn't nice and gave the feeling as if she does not want to be there or to provide us with service. Breakfast was lousy with lack of verities

The price was cheaper than the other hotels we looked at so I guess you get what you pay for

Very old carpet, room smelled stale, shower door was loose, our friend found a roach in the bathroom which she reported to the front desk

Excelente opcion
Pros:

Ubicación cerca del aeropuerto. Shuttle, una ventaja extra. Nos buscaron inmediatamente luego de avisar nuestra llegada. Y al regresar al eropuerto las salidas son cada media hora.

Cons:

Los comentarios negativos de gente mala.

Arrivé dans ma chambre, je n' avais rien pour dormir. Il a fallu que je déplie moi même le canapé. Et ensuite je retourne à la réception pour avoir des draps, des couvertures et des oreillers. Alors que j' ai réservé une chambre pour trois personnes.

Mi estancia fue excelente. El hotel está en un lugar muy céntrico, lo cual es muy conveniente. La habitación era amplia y contaba con un buen sistema de aire acondicionado. Además, el desayuno estuvo muy rico. ¡Todo muy bien!

Convenient location, but nothing more to offer.

Convenient to the airport, 5 minutes, and free airport shuttle.

Cons:

The staff were new and unfamiliar with the system so the check in process took way too long, they couldn't multitask handling more than one guest at a time. Finally when it got to me, he double charged me even though my reservation was prepaid, he "couldn't see it". I came back to show him the payment confirmation, but he couldn't issue a refund himself. The place overall is not nice, renovations need to be done. Decor and carpet look to be from the 80's, and the hotel has a generall damp and muggy smell to it.
