Pros:

very close to shopping mall and subway/metro station, both are within walking distance. great breakfast options nearby. friendly & helpful staff, good communication and fluent in english for international visitors. very clear directions for shuttle bus pick up at canton fair. clean & spacious room.

Best Place To Stay In Guangzhou
Pros:

Excellent location because it was about 100m from the subway station. Surrounding by delicious and cheap restaurants. Convenience store just below. Big room with clean comfy beds. Even had a washing machine. Very safe surrounding. Just in front of a mall. Super easy check in and check out. They even gave us snacks for breakfast. On the first three days we got two hard boiled eggs and a box of milk each. On the last day we got pastries. For muslims there's a halal beef noodle shop just outside.

Cons:

A bidet would have been great. Other than that, it was perfect.
