Una parada de una noche, en nuestra ruta hacia el sur, que ha resultado perfecta. Nos hubiera gustado poder estar más días. Buen descanso y comodidad. Habitación muy amplia. Personal amable y disponible. Piscina excelente.

Une véritable déception ! A fuir!

N'a pas aimé · L’hôtel est en deçà des attentes espérées d’une chaîne hôtelière telle que le Radisson! Pas de climatisation dans la chambre. Nous nous sommes adressé à 3 membres du personnel qui nous ont donné des réponses différentes. Le lendemain, nous avons pu changer de chambre. Piscine: nous avons à chaque fois dû demander des transats et draps de plage. Espace wellness: j’avais réservé au préalable un massage pour 2 (l’hôtel m’avait envoyé un mail proposant divers services avec promotion). Sur place, on m’annonce que ce n’est pas possible le jour souhaité, la promo n’est pas d’actualité! Espace beauté : je demande si il est possible d’aller se faire coiffer (derrière le comptoir se trouve un bac à shampooing!), on m’annonce que ce n’est pas possible non plus! Propreté: laisse à désirer (pour exemple, les couloirs des chambres n’ont plus été aspirés depuis quelque temps!) Les chambres: tout est à l’avenant! Bas des portes ou armoires abîmés, paroi de la baignoire rouillée, frigo en panne, prises électriques pendantes… Pas de telécommande, nous avons dû sonner à la réception… pour finalement ne rien voir puisque pas d’internet! Petit-déjeuner: tout est industriel

Il y'avait un petit souci avec le bouilloire qui a prie un peu de temps pour être fixé, le pdj était médiocre. L'ascenseur ne marchait pas le jour de notre arrivée donc on a dû monter a la chambre avec L'ascenseur du personnel qui était en très mauvais état, mais il a été fixé le lendemain
