la direction est mensongère ! on a du changer trois fois de chambres … l’hygiène est catastrophique des fentes de pigeons en bord de piscine que le personnel nettoie et raclent les résidus dans la piscine où l’on se baigne ! odeur dégoût ! serviettes sales , cafards dans les chambres … on nous propose un spa pour s’excuser que je n’ai jamais pu faire car à chaque rdv c’était annulé . Pas de geste commercial mise à part un déjeuner offert ! une honte un 5
étoiles du temps des années 90 mais à rénover personnel qui doit être formé en ménage ! petit déjeuné affreux !
Une très mauvaise expérience
Premièrement, l’hôtel ne s’appelle pas Palace Plaza, mais Radisson. Et honnêtement, il est loin de mériter 5 étoiles. De l’extérieur à l’intérieur, l’établissement était très sale et les chambres, très délabrées. Les lits étaient dans un état déplorable et l’ensemble était vraiment affreux.
Nous avons donc immédiatement quitté les lieux et expliqué tous les problèmes au directeur, qui a compris notre mécontentement. Le problème est surtout que Booking référence cet hôtel : il faudrait vraiment visiter les établissements avant de les proposer sur le site.
À fuire catastrophique
La piscine la grandeur chambre.
Le personnel d’entretien à la piscine.
Arrivé tardif à la réception et la personne a mis du temps à nous enregistré parce qu’elle avait pas mis à jour son logiciel. Absence de climatisation dans le hall. Les femmes de ménage bien qu’elles soient sympathique parlent fort des 8h matin devant les chambres. Manque entretien dans les chambres et couloirs hôtel.
Cartes qui fonctionne une fois sur 2.

De m’avoir attribué ma chambre à mon arrivée à l’hôtel à 10h. L’accueil du personnel
Sur booking l’hôtel porte un autre nom. Il serait bien de préciser que c’est le Radisson en voix de changement pour hôtel Sfax palace by plaza
